Made it to Joe's for a quick lunch. The food was hot and delicious! Hailey was a very hard and friendly service professional!

I ordered 12 wings, a salad, and an order of breadsticks for a pick up order. I was told 30 minutes for it to be ready. I arrived 35 minutes later and I paid and was told it would be out shortly. I sat in the restaurant for another 30 minutes waiting for my food. I finally got up and asked how much longer it would be and was told another 10 minutes. I understand mistakes happen, but I waited their requested time and paid and still had to wait extremely long. This was the first bad experience I had with this restaurant.

The people with long hair had no Hat's or hair nets. We got two baked Mac&Cheeses and they had no cheese sauce. It was just plain noodles with the topping. About 2 weeks ago we ordered the same thing and it was overly cheesey. We also ordered a stuffed shell pasta and the noodles were undercooked. They used to have amazing food. Now it's just alright.

They stopped taking orders an hour and 5 mins before closing and the woman was horrible! We drove to the one in Vandalia with the same hours but still taking orders.

Called at 815 for an order. They stated they was shutting soon and stopped taking orders at 8pm?!? I know of John and Joe, the owners. This is why millennial are ruining our country. Pure laziness and no accountability.

Service was absolutely horrendous, do not dine in here unless you have time to wait two hours for food that is hit or miss. There were only six other small groups of people there in the building so it didn't appear busy. We ordered two orders of mostaccioli a half club sub and a half Italian sub. The salads came out in about 10 minutes, which is fine. The subs were out in about 35 minutes, and were mediocre at best. We waited another 30 minutes for the mostaccioli, and finally got worried that they'd maybe forgotten about us. We went up and asked about it only to be assured it would be out in 10 minutes. It wasn't, so finally we just asked if we could pay for the food we already had but we ended up deciding to wait and get the food to go after the staff assured us it would be out quick. During this entire fiasco we never got asked if we needed refills or anything like that. The table next to us was asked multiple times how they were doing and if they needed anything. We've come here for years, and we've noticed that the quality of food and service has changed drastically in recent times, but this is the worst it's ever been. I want to clarify that the wait staff were not rude, but the wait times are crazy. Staff made multiple excuses about online orders having to be prepared first not sure why our sandwiches were started but not the pasta if that's true. Not sure if this is a standard set by the owners or what, but it's stupid to expect dine in orders to wait hours for food. At that point just be an online order place instead of order/dine in. Overall very disappointed.

I've ordered from this place a handful of times over the years, delivery takes either 20 minutes or well over an hour. It's pretty ridiculous to wait that long for a sandwich. Will not order here again.

I’ve been coming here for years - since they opened up. I am very impressed with how good the quality of food is and it’s always been made fresh. I live in pocahontas and drive up here for dine-in or takeout. There was a mishap at one point and they made it right with me right away. I will always come back!!-

I love Joe's. I don't usually dine in, it's mostly delivery, so I can't judge the "atmosphere", but I have never had an issue with delivery. They're always fast, even when we order $100 worth of food. The only complaint is the prices have gone up a bit...but hey that's inflation and I get

Great lunch and Olivia was fantastic. The pizza crust is thin and cooked perfectly. Salads awesome too! Nice atmosphere right on the town square.

I have never had a delivery from Joe's Pizza, but tonight I decided I would go to their website, look at their menu/prices, and call in an order for delivery.I was tired, hungry, and went ahead and paid the price and gave the nice young man who delivered my order, a cash tip, but.............I would like to mention that every item in my order cost considerably more than the price shown online. My order total before tax and delivery fee was nearly $20 higher than the prices indicated online.Respectfully, how often do you update your website with pricing? I can understand maybe $5, $6, or maybe even $10 difference in pricing, but my order was nearly $20 higher in price before tax/delivery fee.The food was really good, but I was highly disappointed with the pricing difference.
