Taco Hell AND Kentucky Fried Chicken available at the same counter? What???
Sadly, the chicken was a bit lacking in crispness such that I found myself wondering how long it had been sitting around. I ordered the Nashville hot style and was impressed with the heat - not exactly what I expected from a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately the limp yard bird really took away from the experience.
Biscuit was significantly smaller than I remembered but just as good. Buttery spread and strawberry goo have the same cheap feel that I remember from my childhood too.
Best bite of the meal was certainly their cole slaw. Why the hell can't I find cole slaw I like as much anywhere but KFC? Seriously, no grocery store can match the stuff they put in those cheesy little styrofoam cups.
No opinion on their Taco Hell offerings. Tempting as it was to do the fusion thing it just struck me as wrong once it was my turn to order.

We ordered the BOGO chicken bowl thru the app. We picked up thru drive thru and went home without checking the food. Once we arrived home, I opened the bowls to find 3 bites of fried skin, no chicken whatsoever. I called and spoke to the manager which gave me the excuse they were busy and the guy didn't put the nuggets on them. She offered me to return, I declined due to living 45 minutes away. I asked for a refund, she denied. Called corporate, they haven't called me back. I will keep calling until I get satisfaction from this. I do not know how the place is still in business if they serve food like this! As you can see the difference in what we got and what their add showed. Unexcusable!

Waited 45 minutes for some cold food that wasn't even correct. Finally asked for a refund and the manager said she cant refund me. Definitely wouldn't go here, all 67 employees look super lost on everything.

I’ll start with it wasn’t very busy but the employees looked lost! Took forever to get my order taken then took nearly 20 minutes to even get the order. While waiting for my order i witnessed the cook take the trash out THROUGH THE LOBBY with his gloves on , walk back in with the same gloves on and go back to the kitchen but wasn’t back nearly long enough to change gloves then came up looking at the food in the heating cabinet.
Went to the bathroom and went to wash my hands but no soap 😡 if they don’t have soap for the bathrooms they likely done have soap in the kitchen or other areas. Lobby a mess with dirty tables and no napkins , asked for napkins and was told they were out 😅 furthering my concern about the soap also being out. I watched others in lobby getting frustrated over the long wait times as well. This team of employees should not be running a store and whoever does the orders should make sure the store never runs out of soap and napkins. I wanted to ask for my money back so bad but will just stop spending money here for awhile. Maybe new management is needed at night or just in general but something should be done soon or I’m afraid the town will stop supporting its business. My next trip in , I’m recording everything!

So every time I’ve gone there the workers are rude and always get your order wrong and this is coming from someone who helped work in a restaurant
All round disgusting, I would really consider eating frozen food over whatever they r serving here. I can’t even put it into words how disgusting this place has become

I was never going to go back there. Previous online orders, missing biscuit. And last time, wrong side and a chicken breast missing from 5 piece meal. Tried it recently. I have to say best chicken I ever ate there. Seems they have new manager there. Keep that up and I will be a repeat customer once again.
