When I first moved to Greenville Mario's was a little piece of home. The food is almost identical to what my grandfather served in his pizzeria when I was growing up. I later found out it's probably because both of our families are from the same part of Sicily. Wait times are sometimes long depending on how busy they are. But that's because of the way things are made, and the ovens they use. Just bake the wait time into your expectations and you won't be disappointed. The food is always top notch, and the people are always great.

Pizza and service were average. Almost left after sitting for five minutes while the staff talked and answered the phone orders. They seem to be more "to go" oriented and give less attention to the sit down customer. I would still go back when in the area.Parking: Street parking varies depending on the town business

Took over 1.5hrs to get a single pizza for a dine in order. Manager wanted to deny that the order never went in even after multiple tables came in after and had already left.

Food was really delicious, unique and worth every bit of inconvenience of wait. But..We got cheesy bread sticks that were a little hard, but tasted well. The marinara was very fresh and tasty. We ordered an all meat deep pan pizza. Best pizza I had in a long time.The reason for the three stars is that we were there over an hour before we got our pizza. Two other tables were served pizzas before us. Our saving grace was a sweet lady in a blue tee shirt who tried to give us updates and friendly check ins when our waitress disappeared. My husband left the place in a hungry frustration. I stayed because I was with my daughter and I can't just have her go hungry. Was a bummer because it made the long drive even worse because it was getting dark as we left. Just a bummer.
While visiting family, went to Mario's. Had a salad and supreme pizza. Delicious!

Got off the highway to pick this pepperoni pizza up on the way back to pennsylvania. Cheese tasted amazing. Crust was good. Sauce was average. Pepperoni was average. Best pizza i had on the trip out west and back though. Could use a little more pepperonis on the pizza. But all and all a great pizza i would order again.

Absolutely awesome. We loved it, especially the fact it is small and independent. The best restaurants in the region are the small businesses where owners pour their heart and soul into making the experience memorable. Great pizza, especially the perfectly baked crust!
