I got a McCrispy and I asked for cheese and mayo and pickles and they done forgot my food once and then I sent my cousin back up to get my food and then I get my food and the sandwich is plain🙄🙄🙄

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I placed the order ahead of time on the app, and I still had to sit 10min in the drive thru line. When I went inside to grab it instead, it took an additional 10min to prepare the food. Only come here if you have a lot of time to spare.

I wouldnt bother stopping by this restaurant unless you would like your food made wrong and served with a crap attitude...I have had several different managers(sydney) being one of them i believe that was her name but i had a hard time hearing her over the disgust in her voice and team leaders handle me with the most disgusting attitude after they are the ones giving the worst service I've ever had food made wrong not once but on so many occasions I can't even name them all...I've been stuck waiting for 20 mins in a curbside spot totally forgotten about have to go in multiple times just to get my food made right...hands down worst mcdonalds ever

Messed up on the app code but gave us a discount to make up for it. Also, they forgot to give us one of our sandwiches so went back and they politely and understandably gave us our sandwich.

The lobby is dirty and the drink station is dirty and not stocked and almost every table is not clean this place use to be so nice and clean when I was younger and now it like no one knows how to clean on the evening shift

The worst experience I have ever had at McDonalds. They would not let me order at 8:40 because the lobby closes at 9. This is the worst McDonalds I have been too. They always forget part of my food.

Ordered at the kiosk. Took the number to have my food taken to my table. Unfortunately the room temperature IQ employees never did. Waited 10 minutes at my table for it to be delivered plus another 5 for someone to help me get my food at the counter after I figured out it wasn't coming. Employees really did seem to enjoy talking to their friends though. I was invisible to them. Ended up getting a refund because when they found my food was cold. If you work here and provide this crappy service...this is why you work at McDonalds vs a better job. Have some pride in your life and your fellow humans. You are pathetic.
