This place has the worst service i have ever seen no one ever wants to wait on you they just leave you standing there. They look at you but don't ask wait you want. I give zero stars next time I will go to highland

We were in Greenville visiting and went to this McDonald's two times. Both times we had no problems and had enjoyable experiences. The food was prepared properly and served within a good time. The staff was polite and caring. We had no problems here.

I order here atleast 4 times a week they always forget to put part my order in the bag order only mayo cheeses they use onion meat still..fries be cold ..it really sad you wait so long in line for your your to be messed up .. understand thing happen but this over an over again..I will give credit where credit is do very grateful for the brandy and her over night crew cause the make fresh Everytime ..so thank to that crew for caring .....

There no one wearing gloves, and the drink station disgusting also nasty ass tea. Tasting like I ate a tea bag.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I can't go lower! I own a shop close to this McDonald's and frequent it often. The service has always been hit or miss but today was horrible!!!!!! Today I sent one of my employees to get us lunch and when he came back with a ripped bag and a half of serving of fries I was a bit concerned but when I got a mouth full of dirt from them scooping my fries off the floor Now I am just mad!!!! There is no call to be so lazy you can't do things correctly, especially with someone's food. I will never go back to this place. Taco Bell is across the street i have always gotten great food and service there, just takes a bit longer. But worth it.
