The staff at this Mcdonalds has an arrogance that comes off unsettling, they also messed up my order forgetting a mcchicken and giving us the wrong sauces for chicken nuggets. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this McDonalds. I would recommend the Taco Bell/kfc across the street because they can at least get the order right…

On a good day you will catch the one or two people who are kind and know how to treat other people and on other days, you'll be lucky to even be greeted. The food, it's fallen short of the expectations of what McDonald's use to be. The wait times, the food preparation and the service isn't the standard I remember it being growing up. Waiting in the line after placing your order is a gamble of how long it will take and that's if it's right or if everything is in the bags. This place gets 2 stars from be only because they have someone who is keeping the place clean and looking presentable when people come in. Kudos to the person cleaning nonstop and being kind to the people they encounter.

This place has literally been going down for a while. Orders are entirely wrong, store seems to be in shambles when eating in. I truly wish there were more options for a burger on this side of town.
