I'm pregnant and all I wanted was a sub i came in last night and it was closed even though it says it was twenty four hours.Change your hours. Then, when I came in a round noon today. I dealt with the rudest lady named Lisa. As a pregnant lady, I go to Subway or lot for a meatball sub. Every single time I have ever gone the subway I say I want it on Italian and herb. She put the wrong bread down and I didn't care. But I was like, oh I wanted the Italian and herb. She caught the biggest attitude and corrected me. And said, you said you wanted a Italian, an herb, not Italian, herb and cheese. Every single time I have came to Subway in my entire existence, I have set Italian and herb and not one person has ever gotten it wrong. But now, all of a sudden, I'm dumb, or at least that's how Lisa acted she didn't make eye contact. She ignored me for a couple minutes after I stood at the counter. Didn't acknowledge me and then.Luckily, the young girl working the other counter came over and completed my order.She was much nicer. Lisa should be kept in the back or fired. I have never experienced such a low level of customer service.

I visited 12/27/24 approximately 12:05pm. I know the specific time because I was on break from my job. Ordered a Chicken salad wrap, biggest mistake!!! I had to clock out almost an hr early, due to me conducting food poisoning from Subway located inside Loves in Greenville il. This weekend is ruined for me n my family, supposed to go to families house for Christmas, unfortunately I will NOT be able to make it. Please do Everyone a favor, please check expectations, please check temperatures on all cold stock on the service line.. I'm really paying for the slack. May want to keep tabs on all foods, you've lost this first time customer, may not want to lose all the rest. Peace n good health to all
