While traveling you know you have to stop somewhere to eat. Go on up the road and find a real Subway maybe you'll get more than two pieces of roast beef on your sandwich you pay $8 for a 6-in and you barely get any meat you get more bread than anything come on guys get it

Lady at Subway today was super rude her eye rolling was uncalled for and when I asked if chesters was open she said ya they are but I have been trying to put these cookies in here for 2 hrs now. I told her we woukd wait and she stopped doing the cookies came over and just gave attitude. I even said thank you for coming over to help us and I got "Sure" maybe u should find another job lady???

Mac and cheese is spoiled tonight! I took one bite and spit it back out thinking that maybe I just got some that was around the edges lost its flavor from drying out. I dipped out of another location from my served portion, and it's station ever been a fan of the first bite did. I went back and said something to one of the ladies behind the counter home didn't seem to be concerned at all about it. I didn't even care about the money I wasted on this junk food, I just wanted her to no so she can change it out what other customers. I've eaten at many subways but never experienced anything even close to what I have here tonight. ????

This has to be one of the worst customer service subways I have ever experienced. The workers will ask you what you’d like, then continue their chit chat with other employees, forgetting what you just asked them for and having to repeat yourself through the entire two orders. When I asked if she was busy talking or helping customers, they stated we were rude for asking why we have to repeat ourselves continuously. We are truck drivers, here every week. I would recommend stopping somewhere else but there’s just not a lot of healthy choices for us out on the road. The time before that, my bread was completely burnt and chunks of bread falling off. They did not even ask if I’d like different bread. They are ALWAYS chit chatting with each other instead of being polite to customers. If you can’t focus on a customer service job, then you should probably find a different one.
