Taco bell - Always missing items we order and snarky customer service. Food soggy and seems undercooked half the time.

If the universe ever needed proof that chaos and harmony can coexist, it would be the dual KFC/Taco Bell in Greenville.

You walk in and immediately have to make an existential choice: Do you want to eat your feelings in eleven herbs and spices or smother them in nacho cheese? The air smells like a fast-food ménage à trois—fried chicken, tortillas, and mild regret.

I ordered a Mexican Pizza and a side of mashed potatoes because I’m not here to be predictable. The cashier didn’t even blink. She’s seen things. Probably people ordering a chalupa with gravy. She just nodded like a Zen master guiding me through my karmic debt.

Ten minutes later, I’m holding what I can only describe as a spiritual experience in a paper bag. The crunch of the pizza? Transcendent. The taters? Soft enough to apologize for my bad life choices. And the Mountain Dew Baja Blast? Nectar of chaos. I just need a mullet, newest generation Camaro snd some Axe body spray and i can die a happy man.

If Dante had written an extra circle of heaven for indecisive people who love sodium, this would be it.

Highly recommend. 5/5 stars. Would absolutely return when Mercury is in retrograde and my willpower is low.

Our order is usually wrong, the Taco Bell is usually soggy either the Mexican pizza smooshed to the top of the box, the sodas rarely work and the customer service is 50/50. The hard shell of my double decker was soggy and soft taco shells are always wet.

Terrible service. No lettuce? And why are you a taco joint? Very upset! Got tacos with no lettuce, I let them make arrangements because they were out of nacho cheese also. Left my food and demanded a refund and was told u coukd NOT! IT WAA AGAISNT STORE POLICY! WHERE IS THE SIGN? So mad!! Called corporate 3 times now ans the dang manager won't even call back. Terrible teeible management. If your out of lettuce, go somewhere and buy some. When I was a manager that us what we did.. lettuce is one a the main ingredients. Needless to say I left the food. We were frequent customers spending $50 sometimes on chicken or taco bell. I even asked if she could swap ir for taco bell? No mam she said. I was maaaddd. Update: this happened on July 6th. I have called complaint line 3 or 4 times, and was told the store manager would contact me, the next time they said the district manager would call me but still nothing. Not a call or anything as if they do not care. We have spent a lot of money a this location and I'm highly upset that the MANAGER OF DISTRICT MANAGER, has not contacted me. What kind of business are you running? I have worked in management, and when we were out of items (which lettuce Is a main ingredient needed for tacos,) I would go to a local STORE and PURCHASE the needed items with lettuce being a big ingredient at TACO BELL. This store should be ashamed of theirselves! IT IS 8/25/2025 AND STILL NO PHONE CALL. I HAVE GIVEN YOU GUYS A LOT OF BUSINESS IN THE PAST. POLICIES NEED TO BE CHANGED OBVIOUSLY! WE HAVE KIDS AND YOU COULDNT GIVE A REFUND! MAYBE HAVE LETTUCE, CHEESE, ETC. YOUR A TACO PLACE..ARE YOU NOT? SOME OF YS ARE NO RICH AND LIVING OFF SMALL INCOME. This place sucks! Order completely messed up. Have gone here a few times and each time it gets worse. Manager needs to fire everyone and hire new. They are lazy and don't want to fix drink machine, don't double check the orders, food does not taste like other Taco Bells. If Manager cannot get employees under control, then fire the Manager as well.

Been eating here for lunch a lot often , foods been fresh and employees have been friendly! Today Kaylee helped us and once she was done helping us she was out in the lobby cleaning tables AND chairs! Taylor has been the one making our Taco Bell orders and she doesn’t disappoint! Food is always fresh and hot and made correct and I don’t think I’ve ever saw her in a bad mood. She’s fast and accurate and imo would be next up for a promotion if one came available. Last I would like to share my experience with the manager Kim! When she’s working , you know the foods gonna be good and you’re gonna see a clean restaurant. She stays busy and keeps her employees busy during down time, if she’s working kfc or taco bell you know the food will be made right. Overall the day shift workers have all been great but just pointing out the 3 working today.

(Didn’t know Taylor’s name or Kaylees until making this post and asking for their names , just giving my personal experience and opinion after eating here almost daily for months)

Employees were friendly, and greeted us immediately. But, they should be checking the quality of what they are selling.

The chicken was old, greasy, and dry. I tasted zero seasonings. All I tasted was old grease.

I haven't been to a KFC in years, and I probably won't be back.

Takeout is too expensive, to get bad food for your hard earned money.

I went here last night with my family after coming from vacation, and would still say that this was the best food I've had in a while. The woman working up front was super kind and worked to fix the problem of the freezing screen and not having a capri-sun. Place was clean and not too busy. Next time I'm in Greenville I will definitely stop by here. 10/10.

Today I happened upon this Taco Bell, a small town in Illinois. I was really impressed with the speed and cleanliness of the place. What mostly hit me was the fact that the two bean burritos that I ordered the extra red sauce, came out perfectly as I had hoped. In St. Louis, where I live it’s like the people at Taco Bell had abandoned the idea of delivering quality burritos in favor of speed and dry beans. But the two bean burritos I received today here at this Taco Bell made me feel nostalgic for the late 90s early 2000s bean burritos with extra red sauce. Great job everybody!

We hit the drive-thru on break from work. The person at the window was very upbeat and nice. Our food was fresh and perfect and just what we needed on while having a long day on the road.
