I’m extremely disappointed by the false and unfair accusation made about me by Auntie Anne’s at Gurnee Mills. First and foremost, I have a dairy and egg allergy, I literally cannot eat butter or anything containing dairy or eggs. I always have to be cautious about what I consume, so it’s upsetting to be accused of doing something I physically can’t do.
On top of that, I rarely even go to Gurnee Mills. I literally just came back from college so I don’t frequent that mall, so for someone to claim I was involved in something there is not only inaccurate, it’s completely baseless. I expect more care and responsibility from a business before making such serious assumptions about someone.
Please do better in verifying facts before making accusations. Situations like this are not only frustrating, they can also be deeply hurtful to those living with medical conditions.
Lastly, I didn't treat the staff wrong. I was literally confused because I assumed that the sauces would be free and asked to switch the honey mustard out because it contains eggs, something I am allergic to.

During our cross-country trip, my girlfriend and I visited Gurnee Mills Mall. Before leaving, we used a gift card to get Auntie Anne's. Although the gift card had a balance large enough to cover the food we ordered, the machine wasn't accepting it. Thankfully, the worker was helpful and understanding. He resolved the issue and made the situation good. The food we had was super delicious. I would give it a 5-star rating!
They have really good pretzels!Tonight i also had the mini hotdogs they are great! I also enjoyed a frozen blue raspberry drink.Everything was reasonably priced which was really nice also the people working here were wonderful.Love stopping by when I am in the mall.

Awesome Pretzel Store. I like the jalapeno pretzel of Auntie Anne’s. I like the service staff who is very cooperative and work hard. I came on Saturday they were busy still they make jalapeno for me. The Gurnee mill mall is too big also. Thank you for your service and it was a pleasant experience.

Dude took my card and swiped it on an iPad when there’s a card reader there. Maybe it was broken idk, but then the charge on my bank account was “sq *auntie Anne?s Pretzel Gurnee II” might be normal just seemed fishy. Also cheese was cold and pretzel bites raw.

I love Auntie Anne's, any where anytime! Here they have great service and the same delicious pretzel bites!!! I'm always impressed with how they make the pretzels right where you can see them and offer the freshest they can give! The lemonade is always the same good old tasteful experience, very refreshing after a day at the mall. I stop here every time I'm in Park City! ♡ ...and I have never had undesirable service!
