Don’t bother with this place (inside the Great Wolf Lodge). Ordered several items and it was all expensive trash. Server was attentive, but the food is horrendous and expensive. Ordered a Medium steak and received it well done. Wasn’t in the mood to bark about it so I wolfed it and left. Will never return.

The food here is extremely disappointing. The photos you see are clearly stock images and don’t reflect what you’ll actually get. While the staff was friendly, the prices are outrageous for what amounts to very low-quality meals—honestly, I’ve had better food in a hospital cafeteria.
The fries, chicken, and salads are the exact same as what’s served in the water park, just plated differently and priced at three times the cost. Portions are small, seasoning is lacking, and the overall quality is just not there.
Do yourself a favor: skip the on-site restaurants and head off property for a real meal. For what you’ll pay here, you could enjoy a far better experience elsewhere.

We ordered a pasta bolognese that had us amazed it ever made it onto the menu. The sauce tasted like no bolognese I had ever had before, and the pasta was way overcooked. Our other dish, a hot chicken sandwich, was okay though.

My husband had asked for a seat near the windows, so we could see the Waterpark. The host did everything she could to make sure we had one. Eric was our waiter, and he was so polite and patient with us. I had asked about the shrimp pasta and getting it without meat, and he informed me that a plain pasta is definitely available. It's just not on the menu. We also ordered the specialty drinks: the Firefly and the Stawberry Lemonade Vodka. They were delicious!

Having over 5 years of serving experience, I don't believe this had anything to do with the server and we had a party of 13 so I can understand if an item is forgotten or not 100% accurate but what I ordered (salmon entree) did not come out until 15-20 minutes after everyone else's and then it was extremely undercooked where I could not consume it. The server also acknowledged that it looked undercooked. For as expensive at this hotel/water park place is, I expect better.

To be fair, the staff has little to no control of the menu. But that staff is incredibly gracious.End of the day, I just needed a chicken broth for my sick kid. Front of house and back of house took care of us immediately.Not on menu, and really made my daughter feels special back at our room.Outside of that, the restaurant is gorgeous and you get a good view of the water park.

We were there for thanksgiving dinner. We could only book 8:30PM which was fine since we were out of options. The food we ordered was taking 50-55 minutes. The food was "Not hot" since it had to be sitting in the kitchen for a while. Food taste was just okay.

We have gone about 4 times. The wait once seated to get drinks and food is always ridiculous. The drinks are overpriced. The food is too but it has always been yummy and well made. We keep going back in hopes of better service. Our waitresses and waiters have always been kind and its not their fault but it's exhausting... probably our last try tonight. It's a bummer because it's a convenience to have it in the hotel. We even took something to go once... don't do that. The quality was no good. Disappointed.
