Dining With Duane had the opportunity to stop here on a whim on July 26th,2024 to grab an authentic Chicago Style Dog. It was nothing less than amazingly delicious. The Dog was so flavorful! The Bun was so soft! Customer Service was amazing! Food was even better! A nice little unique family owned shop in Gurnee,IL. Been open 17 years and still going strong! We were visiting this area and we heard about Norm's and we were glad that we did. The staff was very friendly and the food was awesome. Try the Char Hot Dog! The portions are very large.

came from Meridian Mississippi to my daughter's bootcamp graduation and looked this place up because I wanted a Chicago style Hotdog it was awesome I really loved the the staff is friendly and this place is fast I'm going to give it a 9.9 out of 10 it's a go to restaurant
The beef and sausage combo was the best I've had in a long time!!?? Fresh crispy fries too! The guys working there are super cool and friendly. This is my new go to spot for beefs and sausages.

Had one of the best Italian Beef combos, I've had in a very long time. The ajou was great, the Italian bread was toasty, the Italian sausage was excellent, the geardinera was spicy but not salty (a plus), and the shaved beef was tasty and tender. Very good beef.
