The manager Jannet she talked to me with a angry tone as well as a face expression to move somewhere else. while I was trying to look at how the boba was being made i noticed tgat tbey were using leftover teas in blenders and my drinks were not made fresh.
And is more blender with leftovers so postobe is not fresh for me

Today I went to grab a boba and I was really disappointed with the service it took 30 mins to get my order and what makes it even worse is that the girls working were on their phone and laughing the drinks were great but service really needs to be better

I would have given this place 5 stars for service but I am soooo old that I remember when there were places that only accepted cash. Ok. Laugh it up. But seriously I have encountered for the first time in my life a cashless place. Yes, they exist. Cashless places and this place is cashless. Please if you have only cash in your pocket which would to me seem like only a 7 year old receiving his first 100 dollar Christmas gift extravaganza, will have cash in his/her pocket. With that, if you like bubble tea and want something really good… bring a card people. I love you as fans and want to pass on the love so.. like this google review. Peace Tea. I’m out!

Usually pretty good but this time our drinks where not good, the mango one had a bunch of ice still in it as if they didn’t blend it and the snowy milk with caramel tasted like nothing even tho I asked the lady for extra extra caramel and it looks like they put barely any caramel. (All the little spots is ice.)
