Easy ordering on the tablet like screen. Many selections and I will would like to go back to see what other combos i can unlock.

We got a latte, chocolate shake (cost around $7.50) and taro milk tea ($6.50) with bubbles.Me and my kids enjoyed the drink. Taro was the favorite as usual. The shake is made from ice cream, milk and ice. So when you drink, be careful and sip little by little, otherwise you will get brain freeze)))). (This picture is from internet)

Ordered a mango oolong tea and it didn't taste or look mango tea it looked brown like regular milk tea. Would've still drank it if it tasted good but it was gross threw the full drink straight in the trash after they told me that was just what it looks like not the wrong order

I’m really disappointed. I came in to order just one drink—not even during rush hour—and ended up waiting 20 minutes. There were four staff members behind the counter, but no drinks were being put out, and they were moving incredibly slow. I get that the job might be tough (I’ve never worked in food service), but with only 3 customers ahead of me, each ordering 1–2 drinks, a 20-minute wait just doesn’t make sense. I’ve gotten my drink faster with 10 people ahead of me before. Sadly, it feels like Bubbliscious has taken a step down.

Ordered 1 drink. 35 min wait today . Seems like they would rather just hangout and talk to each other. 4 girls working today and only 1 is actually working. Smh. 35 min

The drinks are okay. Too sweet, but the real problem is the staff. So rude! Will never come back.

The drinks are so sosososoooo good and I loved how they added the new stuff like how you can get coffee jelly in your drink it’s soooo good

This place is usually really good and I have ordered from here multiple times. However today during rush hour I ordered some bubble tea for me and some of my friends and our teas weren't made properly. I only noticed once I got home due to being in a rush. I ordered the milky taro and payed for the Boba. My drink had no Boba at all and my friend, who also ordered the same drink as me had little to no Boba either. It was rush hour so I understand since I also work in fast food, however I should have been notified that my drink had no Boba or that it ran out.
