Taro milk tea was delicious! Went on black friday and it was packed. However the tea came out pretty fast. The boba were chewy and soft which I really appreciate because some places mess them up. Will be back!

in the nicest way, these drinks are just not good. my sister got a strawberry matcha, the matcha did not taste like matcha, the strawberry purée was wayyyy too sweet and tasted almost like medicine. i threw away my full peach tea because it tasted like if bread was perfume (idk man). we saw two girls throw away their full drinks after i threw away mine so im glad i didn’t feel alone. honestly just get a fountain drink at the food court

Easy ordering on the tablet like screen. Many selections and I will would like to go back to see what other combos i can unlock.

We got a latte, chocolate shake (cost around $7.50) and taro milk tea ($6.50) with bubbles.Me and my kids enjoyed the drink. Taro was the favorite as usual. The shake is made from ice cream, milk and ice. So when you drink, be careful and sip little by little, otherwise you will get brain freeze)))). (This picture is from internet)

Ordered a mango oolong tea and it didn't taste or look mango tea it looked brown like regular milk tea. Would've still drank it if it tasted good but it was gross threw the full drink straight in the trash after they told me that was just what it looks like not the wrong order

I’m really disappointed. I came in to order just one drink—not even during rush hour—and ended up waiting 20 minutes. There were four staff members behind the counter, but no drinks were being put out, and they were moving incredibly slow. I get that the job might be tough (I’ve never worked in food service), but with only 3 customers ahead of me, each ordering 1–2 drinks, a 20-minute wait just doesn’t make sense. I’ve gotten my drink faster with 10 people ahead of me before. Sadly, it feels like Bubbliscious has taken a step down.

Ordered 1 drink. 35 min wait today . Seems like they would rather just hangout and talk to each other. 4 girls working today and only 1 is actually working. Smh. 35 min

The drinks are okay. Too sweet, but the real problem is the staff. So rude! Will never come back.
