Just opened in May and we went there for their famous beef sandwiches which were excellent. The entire building and the bathrooms are immaculate. The helpers in the dining room are very friendly and did a good job at picking up

The girl at the counter, was very nice. The receipt said her name was Emily. I ordered an oreo milkshake which was surprisingly more difficult to order than i had planned. Originally i ask the Rainbow Cone counter for an oreo milkshake only to find out they don’t do shakes but the Buona side does. Odd. However, i had to ask the nice cashier what a sweet treat bit milkshake was because the description for the item was “ vanilla milkshake with sweet treat bits”
As someone who’s never been to a Buona location before i had no idea what sweet treat bits are. It would help your customers to know what the ingredients are before purchasing. So if you’re like me and don’t know what the “ bits” are, it’s peanut butter cups and oreo pieces and one other candy that i can’t remember. And you can order each of those ingredients separately in a milkshake. Overall good experience slightly disappointed in having to go to the other counter and not clear ingredients.

It’s good just under seasoned not that much flavor. The salad had way too much dressing it felt like i was eating dessert.
Went through the drive through @ 4:30 pm and have to say the person taking orders has no business working a drive thru if you can't understand and speak English. Pulled up to the window and they still didn't have it right. Keep in mind I'm only ordering 4 sandwiches and 3 fries. When I pull up to get the food they hand me a bag with 2 sandwiches and 1 cheese fry, keep in mind I never ordered cheese fry. I was told I have to go inside. I went through the drive up because I wanted to drive thru. Inside they said I have two orders that was the problem. I had ONE ORDER WITH TWO BAGS. How many people to screw up un order 3 workers and 1 Manager. Manager offered to refund cheese fry but at that point I didn't care. I justed wanted to escape the insanity!!!

Big JOEY! WOW. Now that's a beef. Dipped and gravy on the side. Great French fries. Sad to say not enough sauce on the rigatoni. Staff seemed to really care about getting things right.
