They are extremely lazy, we ordered online and added special instructions. The online order said they’d be ready in a few minutes. I get them and all of them are the same. I’m allergic to these ingredients and they didn’t care to remove said ingredients. They were lazy and just put in premade ones they have ready. Don’t order from here. They’re absolutely lazy. They’ll rather be lazy they make your order right.

Super rude manager . She threw a tantrum that another customer asked for a barbecue sauce pack & when I went up to ask for my order that I forgot to grab because I was in the play area she comments saying well I called like 5 times. I never made a comment about it , it was on me for forgetting but her comment was unnecessary. Very unprofessional .

Have to say, I've been to a lot of BK's. This one had hot burgers made with care. You did not take a bite and have condiments falling out and sauce running down your arm. Nicely done Gurnee!

Usually stop here after a day at Great America. Sometime things are great, other times not so much. Sometimes the food is fine other times not so much. Last time we were there the fries we got were mangled. Like they were thawed out and someone grabbed them and smooshed them before dropping them in the fryer. At the end of the day still a better value than anything you would buy in the theme park.
