Came here at 7PM to get gas. Garbage cans overflowing, washer bins empty with no towels. Inside the store was filthy. Manager at this location needs to train the employees better. Woman behind the counter was busy flirting with a customer who looked like he couldn’t get out fast enough. Better off going to Thorntons down the street. At least they maintain their grounds.

The past three times I've come in for pizza the ones in the case have been passed their sell by time.
What a breath of fresh air. Illinois has the worst run down, smelly, dilapidated gas stations in the country. I go out of my way to go to Kwik Trip over the border. But then Casey's shows up. Finally a properly maintained station, pumps working, fresh decent food, actual prices on items, employees who are friendly and professional. I'm especially glad they're down the road from the BP on Hunt Club and Washington. The smell in that place from attendants smoking inside, disgusting bathrooms, nothing transparent. I hope more Casey's opens up. We desperately needed this type of gas station in this area and Casey's delivered. I live in Lindenhurst and I'll drive 15 minutes to this store even though I have Mobil 2 minutes away.
Staff has been alright when doing propane exchanges. That said, several (more than normal) pumps are usually down and they almost never have windshield fluid stocked n the reservoirs.. I happily pay a few cents more per gallon at Thorntons for this reason alone. All this is pretty sadly suss for a gas station that opened no more than six months ago in a fairly decent middle class area, tells you something about management :/
Often the best price around for unleaded gas.
By the pump should be some paper towel or one time use gloves.
Lazy employees cant even refill the washer fluid so customers can wash there windows..every ones been empty for over three week..
Friendly staff. Pizza is very good and cheap. Mac and cheese is a must try. Gas price is a little high but overall, place is pretty good.
Excellent location but the cigarette prices are very high you pay for the convenience generic Pall Malls total is $11.55 you can get them for $9 .40 speedway and Mobile that's over 2.00 more....and some other mobiles have them 8.50
Some of the best pizza!

Once again paying 70¢ more per gallon for what reason? Thorntons up the road is literally 71¢ cheaper - I shouldn’t have to look at gas buddy every time i want to stop for gas. Not great for anyone, but it really sucks when this is the closet gas station to me and i’m better off just passing it up.
Garbages always over flowing in the parking lot. Never any sweet tea containers always empty. Have seen first hand what appeared to be the store manager and an employee kissing in the morning. Gas prices are great that's about the only redemption. Otherwise corporate needs to check this location.
They got the huzzy duzzy pizza, so gooood.
The only stars this deserves is for the nice blonde woman that works there behind the counter and for the cleanliness of the store. Out of diet coke 70% of the time I go. When they are out of diet coke at KWIK TRIP, they run to the back, change it, and they don't even charge me because I had to wait (30 seconds) for it to be changed. When I tell them at this Casey's, they say ok. Nothing else. Not changed. Not 'sorry we'll give you something else for free, half price', etc. If Casey's is known for their pizza they need to put some out. Every time I've been there there have been a maximum of two old pieces out. It's noon on a Tuesday and two old pieces sit there. No more coming out. I go at all times of the day and there's never more than two pieces and there's no way it's because there was just a huge rush. I see people walk over to the pizza, look around because there is none and they walk away. I was so excited for this to open up, now I'm just disappointed. Bummer.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this Casey’s. The staff are always kind, and it’s a nice touch that they remember my fiancé and me. Out of the many times I’ve been there, the slurpee machine has only been down once (and even then, it was working, just not fully frozen yet). That’s honestly better than any other gas station around here. I usually stop by for snacks and a slurpee, and my fiancé always grabs a pizza and a drink—we’re never disappointed.
To those who’ve left negative reviews:
As a small online business owner myself, it’s incredibly disheartening to see people leave negative reviews for very minor issues, especially when some of those concerns are beyond the control of the business or aren’t entirely accurate. Reviews, whether positive or negative, can significantly impact a business more than you might realize.
For instance, regarding the claim about high prices, gas prices fluctuate depending on the market—it’s a basic principle of supply and demand. The prices at this Casey’s are generally in line with, or just a penny or two different from, the BP up the street. I discovered this firsthand when I drove to another station, hoping to save money, only to find the prices were exactly the same. I’d recommend using an app like ‘Gas Buddy’ to check local gas prices; you’ll see they’re pretty consistent across the board.
I understand that an occasional frustrating experience can be off-putting, but it’s important to remember that this location is still relatively new. Sometimes there might be a short wait, or the app might not work perfectly, and that could simply be due to staffing challenges or other minor issues. In the grand scheme of things, these are relatively small inconveniences. If these issues are causing you enough frustration to write a negative review and avoid the business altogether, it might be worth reflecting on why perfection is so crucial in every aspect of your life.
The next time you encounter something inconvenient at a business, consider reaching out to the owner first and giving them a chance to respond. Owners care deeply about the quality of their business and are usually more than willing to help and make things right if given the opportunity. Leaving a negative review over a minor issue, especially for a newly established business with few reviews, is really unfortunate.
