Extremely pleased with the quality of the food and service! We used this caterer for our wedding at Blue Thistle Venue, and the food was fantastic! Chef Paul Catering was able to accommodate my vegan guests and those with food allergies, taking great care to ensure their dietary needs were met. The staff was so sweet and welcoming, and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone who helped us make our big day special!

Desserts were delicious and beautiful!! They are very attentive and accommodating to allergens of all kinds. Staff was helpful through the whole process, would definitely use again.
