Normally service is amongst the best at this Chick-fil-A, but today it was off. Ordered my desert through the app and it never came to the table. My lunch order was smooth a little wait, but we'll with in acceptable margins. I flagged an employee down and and problem solved did have to wait for a new root beer float but it was fresh.
Everyone here was super nice and welcoming, the place was very well decorated as well!! I believe it was Liz and Kirsten or Kiersten, they helped me and they were both really kind and helpful for my first time at Chick-Fil-A 🥰
I was about to rate this with 1 or 2 stars, because I used to come here and order the mocha cream cold brew with shake base through the drive thru and the people there never understood me. This happened me 4 times. I complained and asked for a manager whenever I was on the window and a rude girl answered me that she was the manager and that they have never put shake base in the cold brew, she didn’t even know what was it! The next time, I even call at the store and asked for...
