I was about to rate this with 1 or 2 stars, because I used to come here and order the mocha cream cold brew with shake base through the drive thru and the people there never understood me. This happened me 4 times. I complained and asked for a manager whenever I was on the window and a rude girl answered me that she was the manager and that they have never put shake base in the cold brew, she didn’t even know what was it! The next time, I even call at the store and asked for...
Ron has honestly made my whole year. His hospitality truly made me feel cared for. He brought out our food and we were missing a vanilla shake. He saw to it that we got one of true quality by making it himself. Ron needs a raise and a promotion as he truly elevated my dining experience to an unforgettable level.
