I have loved chilis for awhile now I usually go to the one in round lake but I was out shopping in Gurnee so me and my friends had gone to the Gurnee location the food took forever to come out and as I’m half way in to eating my food my friend mentioned how my my burger was rlly pink so I looked at it n I pulled the top layer of beef off the top and it was COMPLETELY raw and then my friend had a hair in her pasta n when r server had come over she was completely disgusted she took the food back immediately n told it was gonna get comped n we would get new food which it was not comped they just remade it and gave us a 5% discount. I don’t recommend this location at all

Stopped in for lunch, and went with the pick three. Solid value with the burger being well prepared with a generous portion of fries. Not busy at all and found it to be relaxing break from fast food.

I was so excited to order the new wicked drinks here. But I asked for it not to be with alcohol because it's been advertised that I could order without liquor. When I asked for the drink and the little glinda/elphba stirrer I was told no I have to order with alcohol to get that. Is this a joke? What if I'm a recovering alcoholic? What if my religion doesn't allow me to drink? What if I have a medical condition? What if I were pregnant? The waiter was very unpleasant when I asked about it as well. Other chilis allow you to have it with non alcoholic drinks.

Ordered 6oz sirloin medium well with the mashed taters and fries. The steak was overdone, extremely tough, full of fat and gristle. I've only been to Chili's 3 times and I've never had good food. Hesitant to make the negative post. The service was great, the atmosphere was very positive and friendly. Just the food was not very good. The taters were dry and pasty. Oh, the chips and salsa was really good!

This was the worst mushroom Swiss burger I believe I've ever seen. Not only did it not look appealing, it tasted terrible, greasy, sautéed onion bits ...it was just gross. The cheese fry appetizer looked like it had been sitting for a while and reheated and served. Nasty.

Today I entered Chili's with my husband and 4 year old and requested a booth. The young lady sat us on the side of restaurant that had the smaller booths and said its less people on this side. We sat down and a different person ordered our drinks who was supposed to also be the bartender, but she had a problem with answering questions about the tea I was ordering. She also spilled some of the tea when she brought the drinks too the table. We felt like our booth was to small for the 3 of us being a smaller booth. I picked our drinks up and told the hostess we would move to the other side to a bigger booth. After sitting down at the booth a different waitress approached us and told us no waitress was in that section and that we would either return to the other side or not be waited on. I was confused because two tables had people in them in that section. On the other section across the divider there were more customers. I requested the manager Jaun and as she went to go retrieve him she smacked her lips and shook her head and mumbled as she walked away. Jaun came out told me it was the policy. I asked for the disrespectful waitress name so we could give a review and he told me that was also policy to not give her name not even her 1st name. Chili's should think about there policies. Being that the restaurant was half empty. We should have been able to move tables so we could eat and order comfortably. Juan also did not try to reconcile the situation. We ended up leaving and Chili's loses customers.

This was the best chilies ive ever been too food wise. I am a chilies enthusiast ever since 2023 when my girlfriend showed me the love for chilies. Ever since then I’ve many times. On a trip to six flags we decided to stop for lunch. They delivered. This was the best experience I’ve ever had here. Service was great food was amazing. I highly recommend.
