This Chipotle is closest to me and their food is always good. The floors are not always the cleanest and tables pretty gross. Wish they would do a deep clean of the place and then reopen it so the public can enjoy.

I wish I could’ve given this location a zero star, I had asked for a bowl with Cajun steak and regular steak half and half and it was barely the amount I’ve received at other locations so I had asked if they can put more and they said it was an up charge. There is no reason for 2 bowls I should be paying well over $20 for a big bowl of rice and little to no meat.

Inconsistent experience. One group of night staff is friendly and helpful, the next barely speaks to you, gives you half portions, and tries to give you small chips hoping you dont notice, right in front of you.

Terrible portions all around. I asked for half and half of chicken and steak. Received around 5 pieces of each. Also received child’s serving of RICE, even after requesting more. I would say I have been to around 50 chipotle locations before this and never felt the need to avoid one, until now.

I was disappointed in the lack of chicken in the two bowls that I ordered. Service was fast. However, there was hardly even a garnish of chicken applied. I should not have to bird dog the people making the food to ensure that I get a normal amount of chicken. Each bowl had approximately 8 pieces of 3/8” cubes of chicken. This is unacceptable. They got me once. They won’t get me again. This review is for the Chipotle in the Southeast corner of the Gurnee Mills property, 17-OCT-2025.

Portion sizes are out of control for the price. $3.00 for avocado and they deliberately make sure the spoon isn't full.

I went to pick up my order from this location, I had one chunk of meet the size of a tennis ball in my bowl that's it. The place was so messy I was questioning how clean do they keep the kitchen if they allow the dining area to be this messy. No one asked if I needed help. Very unprofessional, expected more from this Location.
