I ordered a chicken burrito with rice, beans, extra sourcream, cheese, and lettuce, with a large bag of chips and a fountain drink.
The chips looked and tasted like they hadnt been salted, and my burrito had the vast majority of the lettuce and sour cream on one side of the burrito and the chicken and rice on the other, with the beans primarily in the middle. I don't know what black magic that man was working when he folded it, but I'm definitely not going to be returning to that location.

They loaded up our burritos for sure and gave us the real portion sizes we’re supposed to have!! Very fast service and fresh ingredients. I love Chipotle and this is very clearly one of their top locations.

Low standing chipotle I've been to. Firstly, one of the line attendants picked meat with his gloves, ate the meat while stepping aside and didnt even change his gloves. Last I check that is not standard food handlers. Food line and drink station was very dirty seems like it hasn't been wiped down for a good while or refreshed. I am not sure what type of training is in place but seems like everyone needs a refresher of food handlers license along with a manager refresher of the Managers Food Handlers. As everything should be cleaned and wiped down at least every 30 minutes.

The Chicken pastor bowl was fine it had good flavor. The staff is very friendly their burritos are huge and they definitely provide good food at reasonable prices. The one in Gurnee is one of the better ones in the area.

We had an extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:50 PM, fully aware they closed at 10 PM. While several people were still seated and eating, we were told we couldn’t dine in and were rushed out before we even started our meal. One staff member, who refused to give her name, was incredibly rude. I work in retail myself, and I honestly can’t understand how someone with that attitude holds a customer-facing job. The service was by far the worst we’ve experienced in the U.S.
We explained that we had just received our food and were willing to leave with the other guests who were still eating—but they insisted we leave immediately. When we asked to speak with a manager, a woman named Citlali came over and repeated the same message with no empathy or explanation.
We ended up eating our food outside, in the dark, surrounded by mosquitoes—while watching others remain comfortably inside eating until at least 10:10 PM.
We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely warranted one. They don’t even deserve a single star

i walk in and its good then i start ordering a bowl and a worker grabs the dntire container of rices and just dumps it in my bowl until it was almost full. there were 3 big clumps in my bowl and i didnt say anything about it. then i order my addons and i ask for a little bit of pico and another worker also dumps the pico so i ask for a little less and she takes 4 tomatoes out. she gave me barely any cheese (i asked for a lot) and less than a teaspoon of sour cream. then i asked for a watercup twice and i still dont have it. my portions were wrong and then i didnt get my water cup that i asked for TWICE. not even chips could save my bowl today PLEASE DO BETTER

The food was great, but the parking situation needs improvement. The lot is small and difficult to enter from the back. When exiting near the stop sign in the rear, visibility is a serious issue — there’s a large brush or shrub that blocks the view of oncoming traffic. It made it hard to see, and I almost got hit. It would be much safer if that area were trimmed back or cleared.

Typically, I go here to avoid Round Lake Beach. But, after today, I think that's going to change. To the hispanic employee with curly hair, glasses and dirty gloves, I don't appreciate you rushing my order and the other orders around. You spilled rice on the work station and put it back in the container. You had someone's burrito stuck between the containers of food, and still completed the order. You clearly tried to get away from me as much as possible while I ordered. Eventually, my tone came from your lack of portion sizing. That pissed me off. I get it... everybody has long days and work sucks. But, I try not to make things more difficult for customers. The customer isn't always right, but this service was so bad... I'm probably going to stay away until he's not around. The customers behind me also saw the way you worked that station. If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it. Thanks to the manager for refunding my order.

I have been here multiple times. Most of the times when I have done a pick-up in-store order, they don’t serve enough food. I placed an order online about one week ago and there was very little chicken and beans; it was mostly rice. The whole meal (bowl) was very salty.
I placed another in-store pick-up online order today. I got a side of Adobo ranch which wasn’t even served halfway in the container. I also got a side of guacamole; it was dark.

Worse location I been to. Rude and don’t even give you the accurate portion but charges for double. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you want what you pay for.
