It was an overall good experience.
Pam was amazing and attentive, even when we didn't pay for a host. She made the experience better.
We also loved how updated and clean the place looks.
The only areas of opportunity:
We paid for the pizzas on the side ($100/4 pizzas) and the pizzas were a bit small for the cost. I also think that you guys should still bring the pizzas to our table because paying $100 in pizza and you guys still making us take them to our table seems a little ridiculous, because you guys would still bring their pizza to any other client, why not to the one that is spending even more money already.
The video before Chucky. comes out it is a bit long.
Other than this little details, we still had a good experience.

WARNING- If you order pizza, make sure to watch your time. I realized a bit too late that my buzzer didn't alert us to pizza being ready while we played games. We got to the pizza sitting on the counter when it was already lukewarm. Maybe timer 19 should get retired...
Other than that, front staff was friendly. We love the games here, as they have a lot of our favorites! We enjoy the summer fun pass, and we use it to go around to a lot of the Chuck E Cheese locations that are a little further from home. This is one of our favorites for games.
