Really great way to spend an afternoon for a couple hours! Kids had a a lot of fun . Just wish the trampoline area was either included or cheaper . You pay for the unlimited package and still no discount towards the trampoline is kinda ridiculous

I went in on a friday afternoon with my husband & 2 kids. We ordered food & got kids game cards reloaded. My son is 4 & wanted to jump in the trampoline area so we paid an extra fee for that. Apparently they have it locked up unless being used. We ate & he was ready to jump. We asked two staff members to please open it & both told us that they would send someone to unlock it. We waited 10-15 mins no one ever came. Even a seperate parent aside from my family asked someone to unlock it for us & it just never happened. Tired of waiting I asked for a refund for the jump area & left. We spent over $100 there all for my son to leave disappointed. Icing on the cake as we were leaving they then decided to unlock the trampolines. I will not be returning to chuck e cheese, at least not this location. Ridiculous

Will never go back here to this Chuck E Cheese. (GURNEE ILLINOIS)!! It’s not for African Americans. We get treated poorly. First we had to set up our own table. We had to ask for cups and order food we had to go get the ourselves we did have a servers bring it to us like the other had. Others got smiles, is everything good, let me know if you need anything else. NEVER asked was we ok did we need anything. NOPE not at all they walk passed us like we wasn’t there. The part that really got me was they moved us from the party table when the 2 hours was up. So they moved us to a table in the center of the room. BUT another family of a different nationality came they moved us to another table not once but twice. I’m going to call it how I see it RACIST. And tried to put us in a corner in the back of the place. Remind you we was the ONLY African American people in this place.

My daughter was playing with her friend when a waitress (Pam) from the establishment walked by and aggressively started yelling at the children… Seeing this, I tried to protect my daughter and other kids from her aggression, after which she redirected her anger toward me… My daughter, who is very friendly and not used to aggression, especially from strangers, began crying and no longer wanted to stay there…
Then, the manager, Erika, approached me and tried to convince me that Pam’s aggressive behavior towards the children was appropriate and in line with the establishment’s policies… I expressed my dissatisfaction to Erica, stating that I paid for a service but instead received psychological trauma. Erika said she needs to discuss the matter of compensation with her supervisor… I did not ask for this, but I agreed to consider their offer. A little while later, Erika returned with the police, and my friends and me were absolutely shocked when officers accused me of refusing to pay and leave the establishment. I want to emphasize that I never refused to pay. I promptly settled the bill…
Now my daughter is very upset; she often recalls the mean lady at the place with the mouse on the sign… She shudders when she remembers how this woman yelled at her… If you care about your children’s emotional well-being, do not choose this establishment for entertainment, as it has aggressive and hypocritical staff…

I had the worst experience I will never take my child there again it was my baby 4th birthday and he wanted to take a picture with The rats and he walked away from him, hurting my baby feelings and walked up to two other kids and took a picture with them. I didn’t feel it was right that he did that I spoke with the supervisor and show her the video. She told me she apologize and wanted to accommodate me with a cookie, how disrespectful count your days Chuck E. Cheese I will be taking this further just for the disrespect

Did my sons birthday party here the staff were AMAZING to say the least. They were kind and patient with me trying to deal with birthday guest canceling last minute and didn't mind there were more adults than kids. My son had a wonderful experience here.

Well managed and taken care of. Didn't know what to expect after not having been to a Chuck E Cheese for close to 30 years. Staff was super helpful in explaining changes and pricing. Even on a Friday night with a packed parking lot, games were spread out nicely so that even our 2 yr old wasn't overwhelmed walking from ride/game to game. My wife and I expected a totally stressful experience. Instead, walked out of there talking about the fun we all had and when we'll be returning next!

Three employees were mean and bogus to my little siblings and one of theirs was their birthday but we couldn’t pay for the party pack but they just went to say hi and hug the Chuck E. Cheese mascot but they were getting pushed away and it made me feel terrible to say the poor kids sad face :c
