WARNING- If you order pizza, make sure to watch your time. I realized a bit too late that my buzzer didn't alert us to pizza being ready while we played games. We got to the pizza sitting on the counter when it was already lukewarm. Maybe timer 19 should get retired...
Other than that, front staff was friendly. We love the games here, as they have a lot of our favorites! We enjoy the summer fun pass, and we use it to go around to a lot of the Chuck E Cheese locations that are a little further from home. This is one of our favorites for games.

Great party. Until ticket check out. Managers allow people to cut the lines. If you don't want to cut then you have to wait for everyone who wants to cut to finish.

Understaffed but always fun. A couple machines took our credits without letting us play the game but an employee was able to help us with the errors. Fun pass is the best way to go.

LOVE this place!! Best Chuck E Cheese we have been to. LOST A STAR BECAUSE the games LIE about the TICKETS! All of the Chuck E Cheeses we have been to have tickets really low but this is first time they lie about them. Screen will say one number but what is given is MUCH LESS!!
Staff is so friendly! Always helpful, cheerful, and smiling. Food is really good. Very clean environment! So many different games to play.
Really great way to spend an afternoon for a couple hours! Kids had a a lot of fun . Just wish the trampoline area was either included or cheaper . You pay for the unlimited package and still no discount towards the trampoline is kinda ridiculous

I went in on a friday afternoon with my husband & 2 kids. We ordered food & got kids game cards reloaded. My son is 4 & wanted to jump in the trampoline area so we paid an extra fee for that. Apparently they have it locked up unless being used. We ate & he was ready to jump. We asked two staff members to please open it & both told us that they would send someone to unlock it. We waited 10-15 mins no one ever came. Even a seperate parent aside from my family asked someone to unlock it for us & it just never happened. Tired of waiting I asked for a refund for the jump area & left. We spent over $100 there all for my son to leave disappointed. Icing on the cake as we were leaving they then decided to unlock the trampolines. I will not be returning to chuck e cheese, at least not this location. Ridiculous

Will never go back here to this Chuck E Cheese. (GURNEE ILLINOIS)!! It’s not for African Americans. We get treated poorly. First we had to set up our own table. We had to ask for cups and order food we had to go get the ourselves we did have a servers bring it to us like the other had. Others got smiles, is everything good, let me know if you need anything else. NEVER asked was we ok did we need anything. NOPE not at all they walk passed us like we wasn’t there. The part that really got me was they moved us from the party table when the 2 hours was up. So they moved us to a table in the center of the room. BUT another family of a different nationality came they moved us to another table not once but twice. I’m going to call it how I see it RACIST. And tried to put us in a corner in the back of the place. Remind you we was the ONLY African American people in this place.
