These are not real Cinnabons. They don’t look the same, there is next to no cinnamon filling and the frosting is just powder sugar. $20 for fake

Always very good buns, staff could use some management. Very rude and 6 people just standing around. Shouldn’t have to wait so long with so many staff members not doing anything.

I went in to pick up a six pack and was informed they had no more. I was willing to take six of the ones hot and ready to go and was told I could not buy those. I’m sorry what? I had settled for the 4 pack she offered and get 2 more. I had intentions of getting the six pack was rung up to find out breaking up the six pack as she was selling was an additional $15 more. I asked since they were not able to sell me the six hot and ready ones behind the glass could I get the 6 pack price. She informed me no she could not do that, I asked to speak with a manager and was informed he was out getting stuff. Who denies ppl buying the hot and ready ones? My only rationale was that it’s not that they couldn’t but that they wouldn’t because of the price difference. Her reasoning behind me not getting the hot ones was that they would get soggy because they would not be let to cool. What do you care if I eat soggy Cinnabons? Major buzz kill ?

Ordered one Cinnabon center. And the person who was working today, she charged us for two. We asked for a refund or someone who can authorize it and she said no. We won't do business here since we got charged doubled than what we asked for. Such a disappointment.

You can stand there for 20 mins and have no one show up to help you. By the time someone finally shows up to help you, the rolls are cold and hard anyways. Not worth the wait for someone to appear to serve you.

Hot delicious huge Cinnabon rolls!! Today we stopped by and enjoyed freshly baked Cinnabon's with raspberry lemonade. The store looks really nice and clean plus freshly remolded.All of the employees were very nice and friendly. Glad we stopped by!
