Always a great treat whether I'm with the family or not and especially on a hot summer day/night, Cold Stone really hits the spot. But even when it gets cold out, still fun to go to even during a brutal Chicago area winter.This is probably the one ice cream parlor around compared to others that has a huge emphasis on toppings/creations which is definitely their strong point.Always a great selection of flavors between their regular year round and seasonal flavors, prices still...

We always get our cakes and ice cream treats at Coldstone! Its a family run franchise and the our fave cake is tall, dark and delicious and the name doesn't quite lie. Its delicious in every layer! Thanks Coldstone for providing great management and service!

I love the Gurnee branch! The suoer nice guy there has been there for a few years, which shows they do not have a high turn over, and it is so friendly and advises about the products. Place is clean and have a huge variety of treats. Give that place a try if you have not yet!
