Great place to stop when you’re on the road.

The good was excellent. Even my husband raved about it. He usually has something to complain about. The waitress kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. You just need to get smaller take home containers, like the little square ones.

The blackened catfish is always my go-to cuz it's sooo fricken good and although today started out crappy, having Robin as our waitress for lunch made our day sooo much better cuz she's awesome! 👍👍

This is a great Cracker Barrel - and I’ve been to many. Gracie was a fantastic server. We really appreciated her kindness with our son. The cashier was very nice as well. Food was great as well! Highly recommend the mini cinnamon rolls - they were excellent.

I was disappointed this time at the restaurant by the smell. It smelled like urine and old. The food was great but hard to eat it because of the smell.

Went for breakfast, waiter was sloppy and forgot multiple things. We should have known by the neck tattoos, he was a gem. Worked like it was first his day, but was just lazy. Took 20 min for our drinks...then everything was delayed or wrong. Had to ask 8 times for our additional sides. We will never return.

food portions where half as previous visits. all food was extremely cold. you could tell the food was sitting in the windows to be brought to us but it sit for an extended amount of time. the waitress was very pleasant and responded to all our requests promptly. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the food quality!!

My party didn't get our biscuits and corn muffins until we were finished eating. The server kept saying it would be a little longer, though other servers were bringing them out to their tables.

Wow..things have changed....out of food esp chicken ... biscuits and corn muffins hard as a rock... burnt end peice of meatloaf, cold dumplings and corn..no 4 pc chicken..got tenders and those were cold...you've gone downhill...only been to Gurnee location 4x in my life and this was the worst visit. Usually visit in wisconsin and Indiana and I've never been o disappointed in a cracker barrel meal $50.00 for what???
