Entered on a Monday afternoon and I was the only customer. One girl working and she did not say hello. Picked my 4 cookies and machine would not take my payment. Told the girl and she said I had to tap my card. I told her I did that multiple times and it wasn't working. She did not attempt to help.Your cookies may be good, but the lack of any helpful customer service at any point during the visit tell me to spend my money elsewhere. You need more friendly servers.

I visited Crumbl Cookies in Gurnee, Illinois, on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30 PM, excited to indulge in their famously wide variety of cookies. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the high expectations set by their reputation. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the surprisingly sparse selection—only three types of cookies were available. This was a stark contrast to the variety I was anticipating, given the brand’s claim to fame for offering an extensive and rotating menu of flavors.Adding to my disappointment was the overall ambiance and service, which I found to be less than welcoming. The staff, while present, did not go out of their way to enhance the customer experience or engage in a manner that made me feel valued as a patron. It felt as though the excitement and passion for their product, which I had hoped to be infectious, were noticeably absent.While I understand that inventory can fluctuate, especially towards the end of the day, I had hoped that a bakery celebrated for its selection would better manage its offerings to ensure a broader range of choices throughout the day. Moreover, a warm and engaging customer service approach could have significantly mitigated my disappointment in the limited selection.In summary, my visit to Crumbl Cookies in Gurnee was underwhelming. The limited cookie variety available during my visit, coupled with a service experience that felt indifferent, left me feeling that the joy and indulgence of selecting and enjoying a gourmet cookie were lost. For a brand that has garnered much love and enthusiasm from cookie aficionados, my experience was a stark deviation from what I had eagerly anticipated.

I visited Crumble in Gurnee, IL , although the cookies are always amazing the employees were extremely rude and unwelcoming. The employee that helped me was talking to me from behind the pick up wall and it was hard for me to hear what she was trying to say to me. I said “I’m sorry I can’t hear you”. She came out from behind the wall extremely rude and then got my order and pretty much threw it on the counter without saying anything and went back to work. So unfortunate, considering their prices, you would think they would be more friendly and want customers to return. Definitely not coming back to this location.
