Dairy Queen (Treat)

Corporate Dairy Queen needs to send someone to this location for a quality audit.
Clearly, the owner does not follow Dairy Queen guidelines. The ice cream doesn’t even taste like a Dairy Queen product. It’s thin and flavorless. Either it’s been watered down or the owner is using a different mix.
He also skimps on portions and charges exorbitant prices.
Why would Dairy Queen want their brand tied to this particular location?

Came in right before closing. They refused to let me order insisting that they were already closed even though I came in before closing time. Will not be back.

Its sad that i have to come on here and do this but they are blatantly lying to customers faces. I tried the new superman COOKIE DOUGH blizzard and was told it doesn’t come with cookie dough…. I pointed out that the picture visibly shows cookie dough pieces and i was told it was “enlarged for marketing”… i then told them ive had it before at a different location and they then said “it should be somewhere at the bottom”….. there was never any cookie dough..

For the sake of your business—and your customers’ experience—this location seriously needs a deep clean. The floors were noticeably dirty, and it made me question the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. I strongly recommend bringing in a professional cleaning crew to address the buildup, especially in high-traffic areas. Cleanliness matters, and it’s something customers pay attention to. Won’t be coming back due to this.

Said their gift card system was down and couldn't use the $15 we had on one. Hearing the owner is cheapskate in other reviews makes me question if that was true....but fine..paid out of pocket and they gave us the wrong sizes. When we explained this and asked if we were charged for them, the response was 'yea, sorry'. No attempt to fix the issue. Not a very friendly reception when we entered the store. $18 for two blizzards and a cone. The funky smell is still there, but I've heard that's related to the building owners issues and they can't fix it....the actual product was fine, but you have to give me a reason to return and I don't feel like that was really there.

Great customer service!

Ice cream cone for my daughter was fine. My wife’s ordered Reeces cups in ice cream in a bowl and received very little Reece’s cups. Chili dogs were so so from the microwave. My big disappointment was they apparently don’t make banana split blizzards here at this location. They do have all the ingredients and you can order a banana split. I asked if she could just make it a blizzard since they have everything needed but she would not. Also the only food they serve is chili dogs. Probably the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to and I’ll choose somewhere else next time. One more point is there was no one in the restaurant when we came in so it’s not like time was an issue. The ice cream is also very thin, sort of not quite frozen enough to have time to eat before it melts a lot.

Went in for the cookie crunch Sunday
They couldn’t even put the cookies . When I showed what I wanted the worker said no … worst experience ever ….. will never come here again . It was as more the fact they didn’t even add the cookies to it

Im always in and out fast service , there blizzards are the best ! Great customer service from the staff

It's a great and reasonable price, especially me and sometimes my friends (coworkers) come from six flags in our breaks.

Bruh I walked in and the manager (I assume) was sitting down on his phone and not paying attention. He was the only person in the store and still didn’t care to take my order so I left… typically decent service but this time it was just disappointing
