every time i’ve been to this dairy queen they are extremely rude and normally ignore you for a good 5 minutes before taking your order then while taking your order they will give you a hard time in a rude way honestly needs to be shut down

With 4+ people working and only 2 customers you would think there would be nothing wrong. I ordered a large blizzard with Oreo and cheesecake. Simple I would assume for 4 people. They gave me a blizzard with a tiny scoop of cookies and handed it to me and went back to their conversation. When I got home and after eating it I realized they basically put nothing into it and I paid 7$ for a cup of ice vanilla ice cream with a few Oreo pieces. They completely ignored the cheesecake part even though it was on the receipt. Never coming back here due to the incompetence of the workers. Hands down the worst diary queen I’ve even been to. Definitely ruined my night as I was thinking about it for a while and finally decided to get myself a treat.

This branch is Ruining the franchise’s reputation by not accepting mobile app offers. That’s insane!!! Don’t go there guys!

Their hot dogs are good, prices are good too and the staff is attentive.

Blizzards are super polarized and I just can’t seem to get the exact flavor that I want. However, they have fast service and the restaurant is very clean.

This Dairy Queen is in a good location in Gurnee. Had a peppermint blizzard as did my wife and we both loved the blizzards. Great and quick service and a clean restaurant!
