Said their gift card system was down and couldn't use the $15 we had on one. Hearing the owner is cheapskate in other reviews makes me question if that was true....but fine..paid out of pocket and they gave us the wrong sizes. When we explained this and asked if we were charged for them, the response was 'yea, sorry'. No attempt to fix the issue.
