Great service, i always come here around 12 am and im always greeted with such a friendly male server with a cross tattoo on his neck,he’s amazing and overall attentive,His name i noel i believe he carries this restaurant on his back amazing server!!!

Friday evening dinner. The place was 1/6 full. Had a nice waitress. Ordered in five minutes and food served in 13 minutes. Both orders were for the fish (polluck). The fries were cold and the broccoli almost. You deserve a 3 because the place, including the bathrooms were clean. Your R/Rs had hot water! Our waitress always maintained a warm smile. Maybe just an off order. I'll come back again.

Service was the worst thing i ever had, i come to this restaurant often and this is the worst experience i had, server didn't show up at all to ask if i needed anything else, my wife wanted a coffee refill and she never got one, i ordered a dessert which never arrived to my table but it got to my receipt, another table behind me was waiting for the same server the time that i took to eat my meal, that's the time they were waiting to get their order just for the drinks, i totally understand a restaurant is really busy but the other servers around were taking care of their tables at all time but my server never showed up, her name is Jaqueline A, my table was 51, am not gonna say i won't came back but if my server is going to be Jaqueline A am gonna refuse to give my order to her. I always try to give 20% at least for gratitude since my wife is a server and we understand the type of job servers have to do but this time i only left gratitude for education not because i felt it was deserved.

I got the Double Burger with Bacon and Onion along with Fries and Mac & Cheese and it was delicious! Waiter was really nice along with the staff! Gurnee is really safe and I will be coming back!
