I’m really disappointed with our recent order because it ended up affecting our child’s birthday party. We ordered six pizzas for our guests, but only four were delivered. When we called, we were told the other two would be sent right away. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until almost two hours later, long after everyone had already been waiting.
Because of this, we didn’t have enough food for all of our guests during the party. People felt awkward eating, thinking we didn’t order enough, and it put us in a really uncomfortable situation.

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 breads, and 4 sauces for my family after driving 7 hours through a blizzard to get to here. When delivered I only got 1 of the pizzas. I called to ask for a replacement pizza to which I was told it was in the oven and would be to me as soon as possible. I then realized I only got the 2 sauces so I tried calling back. I was left on hold for 13 minutes until I called from my wife’s phone and Miguel answered immediately. I told him I was just trying to let him know about the sauces and he just laughed at me and directed my call to the customer service line. Now 2 hours later the replacement pizza is still stuck at “checking it over” before the delivery part. Absolutely ridiculous. This place should be shut down for the amount of terrible customer service they have. So now they have stolen from me as I did not receive what I payed for.

i was lost after my phone died and charger broke. wasn't even ordering pizza, but just stopped by for help. they were very kind and helped me get a new charger to i could get the gps going again. great people

I ordered a pizza from Miguel at the Domino's in Gurnee and Miguel was extremely friendly, professional, and took my order & made my pizza with my custom requests of how I wanted the pizza cut and how I wanted the pizza mafe & cooked perfectly with a big smile and no questions or objections to my special requests.
The pizza was made with a generous amount of ingredients and tasted delicious!!!
I would highly recommend ordering your next pizza from the Domino's in Gurnee if you want great service, a pizza made however you want it, and a very delicious pizza you won't forget!.
