I ordered a “frozen” signature latte at the drive thru and when I got to the window, come to find out he handed me a regular drink latte (not frozen). I told the server that I requested a frozen, he said that I ordered a latte. I told him next time it would be nice if you can correct the customer on his/her order. He proceeded to shut the drive thru window in my face and walk out. Very nice how well trained the staff is. 1 star!

Let me just say this is by far the absolute worst dunkin in this area. The employees are so rude but hey they hire young people with no manners!! If you place mobile orders here they’ll absolutely hate you for it and give you attitude. I’ve never had mobile order issues at any dunkin no matter how fast i place the order but they get mad here. Placed a mobile order went to drive through and there was at least 8 cars infront and they still couldn’t manage to make an easy order in that long time. The young girl gave us attitude because they work slow lol… Needs better management and employees. Do better.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They constantly take your order wrong or forgot to give you something that you paid for. Argue with you, they can’t put cream cheese on your bagel. It’s unfortunate because i come here almost daily bc i work close but im just so sick of the customer service at this location on top of pure laziness. Order a twisted bagel and they can’t slice it and add cream cheese? One day they will and the next they don’t.. they charge extras inconsistently. All of the Hispanic women are extremely rude. They look at you like what are you doing here..no good morning or have a nice day! it’s so weird and unwelcoming. Get a different job if you hate working here because this location is just awful!

The bigger set guy, always gets smart about any question you ask….. also he try’s getting smart about everything. I was making sure that my food was completed, before I left the restaurant, and he tried to ask me if anything was wrong with my order because I seem like I made a face sheet assume automatically that I was making a face towards whatever he thought I was making a face to. This guy has seriously issues. And I know one thing that’s non-customer service towards a person who actually Show stop every morning to buy their coffees for their meanings for their employees

The guy taking my order didn’t know if they had pies and first questioned me and made me feel dumb. The whole thing felt rushed and I forgot to get my kid his refresher. Once I get to the window, I ask if they can add it and they say no. I have to get back in the line, which was moving so slow by the way, and place the order. He didn’t tell me my total for my first order and he failed to give me my receipt. Everyone there seemed to lack sense or urgency or even know what was going on Mx

The door was locked at 0508 so I was forced to go thru drive through. The apple fritter is more like a puff pastry. My sandwich had 3 very tiny strips of bacon. I bought this for someone and these are their complaints lol. They were not happy with food but the drink no complaints lol.
