Youthful staff were courteous and immediately served me. Also, one team member was meticulously sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables. It gave me a satisfying feeling of an excellent attitude regarding cleanliness.

Not a consistent quality of sandwiches it depends on the staff. I might get 2 of the 3 I paid for on more than 10+ occasions (Gurnee store).And location matters ...some kinda flighty ...has to do with management and training.

Staff could of been a little bit more friendlier, after all I enjoyed their everything bagel and was satisfied with my iced coffee. I visited this location a couple days ago and was glad!
