Just not a authentic bagel shop experience ? Store is not clean employees not wearing hair nets either. The last couple of times I have come in the atmosphere is not very appealing. Bring back a good kosher style experience (which this location has zero) Provide seating(not just chairs against the window) The food is just not appealing!!!

Today was crazy busy. There was a long line, but the young man that took care of us was exceptional. Medium brown hair, thin build, blue eyes. Anyways, he was always positive, even if you asked for something special or done a certain way. Always a "yes of course" kind of guy. Ordered the turkey on an asiago bagel and that was so fresh and delicious. My husband had the nova lox on a plain bagel. Both were delicious, despite having a cinnamon streussel crumb attached to both of ours (made for interesting flavors). Staff were always professional and nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere is because it was too peopley in there :)

Absolutely fantastic bagel and lox with tomato, red onion, and capers! Less than 10 bucks! Very nice staff!

The bagels were dry and didn't honor $9 Monday for club members. Instead, without my consent they took my rewards points and charged me $15.

Never have the bagel I want (hash brown bagel for all nighter) but the manager Mike is awesome and they try hard to make you happy!! Go get you some!!
