gurnee location discriminated against my 4 year old non-verbal verbal autistic nephew for supposedly being disruptive for simply expressing himself in the only way he knows how. and was kicked out by their rude manager dave! I will be letting everyone I know not to visit this location!!
My sister went to enjoy lunch with her kids, my 4 year old nephew is autistic and nonverbal. He was excited for the food and was expressing himself and apparently it was too loud for Dave the manager. He went up to my sister and kicked her out of the restaurant for my nephew being disruptive and refused to give her his full name or corporates number. I would never recommend a restaurant that’s not welcoming and discriminating against special needs children!
From the moment we walked into this establishment it was an absolute mess. Never greated, we were sat and then forgotten about for about 15 minutes. No hello, no we’ll be right there. We had to ask if we were gonna be helped. Finally our server took our drink orders. And we had sat long enough that we knew what we wanted.
