?This is new ownership, the food actually was better than the previous owners. They didn't have the stir Fry area probably because they can't get anyone to do it. They also use paper plates and plastic silverware instead of China plates like the previous owner and real silverware. But, I suppose that counts as a good business practice if you can't get dishwashers and people to take care of that right now. Let's face it, I've seen comments about the smell??...
