Hooters has amazing food. We usually have a stellar experience every time we come. However, tonight I found a black hair breaded into my buffalo shrimp. I can handle a lot of things but hair in my food is the end all be all. I showed our waitress whom apologized and told me I could give it to her as she held out her hand. She went to the kitchen and had a new order put in immediately. When the bill arrived it had the buffalo shrimp on the receipt twice and then the bottom had a subtraction that said food quality for the price of one of the buffalo shrimp. Most restaurants would have subtracted at least half of the price of the shrimp or taken it off entirely, seeing as I then had to wait for my food while my husband and twin 3 year olds ate. Anyone with children also knows that when your kids are done eating they’re done eating and don’t want to hang around the restaurant. This made it very stressful as I then had to hurry and eat as my family was finished eating and waiting on me. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Ordered takeout and it was pretty good! The wings were 10x better than BDubs and the chipotle garlic sauce was really tasty.
