The health department needs to check this place out. The man was seriously so rude, he acted like he was mute. Couldn't say a single word. It took us standing there for two minutes before he came. Touched his eyes, mouth area, and pulled up his pants. I proceeded with the transaction because I thought he would wash his hands before he started. Nope. He just went on to make my smoothies. I Honestly regret not saying anything but that man was huge and by the reviews, would cause a scene. Threw my drinks away and am taking it as a lesson to never come here again.

Do not eat here had to yell for someone to come up front and when he did he said he was in a manager's meeting witham attitude!! Sandwich was cold and he also stated he had no fruit for my husband fruit bowl...very disappointed what happened to customer service đ

very rude employees wearing headphones with zero regards for their customers. got 2 smoothies for my girlfriend and I but my girlfriend insisted hers did not taste right. went back to kindly ask if it could be remade & a tallish hispanic man with facial hair asked to look at the smoothie (which was full) then proceeded to tell me he could not do that because he got yelled at for doing that in the past. spent almost 20 dollars for 2 smoothies & had to spend ANOTHER 6 dollars for an entirely new smoothie since i could not get the one i payed for remade. dude told me best he could give me was a discount which was nothing, almost 30 dollars for absolutely nothing.

The lady was cleaning instead of helping customers I was waiting patiently but she decides to keep cleaning instead and rudely says âyou guys are gonna have to give me a minuteâ with the rudest attitude ever. My first time ordering here and did not expect that. Never again comming!!

This place sucks anytime any body doesnât matter who is working they act like they donât wanna make anything, now for a while they donât even make the strawberry bowl ever, every single time you order it they are magically all out! Change up the whole staff garbage đď¸

The employees that work here are always smoking weed in the hallways of the mall and so when they make my juice it smells like remnants of THC. Itâs quite honestly abhorrent and downright disgusting. The manager (heâs a black man who is a bit overwrought) is RUDE and he doesnât greet and always gives the worst attitude. Such a shame that a business which serves excellent products has the worst team because it makes them lose customers.

Second time oredering online. First time I arrived at the estimated time just to see a âBe back in 30 minutes signâ I was in a hurry but I had already paid online so couldnât just cancel. Today, I tried again, just for no one to be present so I waited a good 10 minutes before someone showed up just to tell me they didnât have the ingredients for that order. To top it off, they shorted me a few cents from a cash refund because âit was probably online feesâ.

I made an order online, Google said they were open, placed my order and paid for it, get to the location and they are closed. Took my money though.Called days later to get this fixed was treated like a liar even though I have proof and was hung up on?? That's appalling.Tried calling the number that was given to me and it leads no where. This is close to 40 bucks. Who's making this right?

I ordered a red gummy bear. They made a white gummy bear. When I asked for red again they put it back in the blender w some red juice and handed it back. Hate to say it but itâs not the same drink. Not worth arguing, I just wonât go back.
