The employees that work here are always smoking weed in the hallways of the mall and so when they make my juice it smells like remnants of THC. It’s quite honestly abhorrent and downright disgusting. The manager (he’s a black man who is a bit overwrought) is RUDE and he doesn’t greet and always gives the worst attitude. Such a shame that a business which serves excellent products has the worst team because it makes them lose customers.

Second time oredering online. First time I arrived at the estimated time just to see a “Be back in 30 minutes sign” I was in a hurry but I had already paid online so couldn’t just cancel. Today, I tried again, just for no one to be present so I waited a good 10 minutes before someone showed up just to tell me they didn’t have the ingredients for that order. To top it off, they shorted me a few cents from a cash refund because “it was probably online fees”.

the woman today didn't want help my husband at all he told his order and he told her no banana and she put it in there anyway and he said is there banana and she got aggravated so she started slamming things as she remaking and he ask for extra and pour it down the sink as she doing that she smiling and saids have nice day being very rude and attitude all she wanted to do is play with her phone

I made an order online, Google said they were open, placed my order and paid for it, get to the location and they are closed. Took my money though.Called days later to get this fixed was treated like a liar even though I have proof and was hung up on?? That's appalling.Tried calling the number that was given to me and it leads no where. This is close to 40 bucks. Who's making this right?

I ordered a red gummy bear. They made a white gummy bear. When I asked for red again they put it back in the blender w some red juice and handed it back. Hate to say it but it’s not the same drink. Not worth arguing, I just won’t go back.
I came to get just an orange juice, and they said to me that they stopped making juices an hour before closing, and I came before 7pm and I waited at the line when it was my tern they said to me that . any way they have to change the work hours don't put that you close at 8pm but you really close at 7 this is the first time on my life I see business they stop working an hour before closing ?

I ordered 4 drinks and tipped the 20 percent. A couple of days passed and I received a notification that the tip amount had been adjusted to double that. I have contacted my bank about this. Is this illegal to do. For them to adjust their own tip. In this case it was double thw whole transaction which was about $55. Worst place to go. They took too long for my order and the employees looked like they didnt even want to work.
