Everything about the sandwiches is perfect. The quotations on the wall are so, so stupid, though. I can only think that some fat idiot made a good sandwich, began to believe he was wise, and then started to post idiotic life lessons across his sandwich shop. Again, the sandwich shop is clean and the sandwiches are good.
Their sarah was very good people smile and talk to you as well.

I visit here when I’m in Gurnee and need a tasty sandwich. They usually get my order correct and I have no complaints. The last time I was there an employee was extremely friendly and that made for a positive customer service experience.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich and you can customize it.

if you're looking for portion sizes this is not the place to go. It's like eating bread with a tiny little bit of meat. I went three bites before I hit any meat. Absolutely horrible place to go if you're looking for something substantial to eat. This was basically like eating bread with mayonnaise. John's has one job to do and that's make a sandwich so please make a damn sandwich, you can't sacrifice meat in a sandwich shop. Unbelievable the condiments on top were nonexistent. Not going back, it's just a waste of money! Disappointing.

Yikes! Walked in to this location w/ the two people prior to me returning their sandwiches. Looks like I had to return mine as well. The employees that work here seem to make errors on the sandwiches. No where to sit as all the tables were dirty as well. Not much to say about this location anymore other than, they have the rating they do....

I just got 2 ham & cheese subs. They had two slices of cheese, three slices of ham & Mayo, no tomato, no lettuce. NO one told us they were out of tomatoes & lettuce! It’s just pathetic!!! The lights for the drive thru were broken. I’m done

Stop ordering delivery unless you want your sub sitting outside! They will not ring the bell or call you. When you call to complain, they will hang up in your face. Horrible!
