The service was good. Three place was clean, however, a few of the tables were not stable. We had to move twice. Balls of napkins were under the legs to keep them semi-stable. The food. Was very disappointing. The amount of meat and quality in the sandwich was equal to subway. I came to McAllisters for a good quality meal. A friend got soup and it was good but thought it should be in a bowl (not a container) with a real spoon. My sandwich was just notthe way it used to be. Very down hill!!

Really good stuff. My only complaint is they're pretty stingy with the sauces on things. I'm sure I could have got more if I knew beforehand, but 1 tablespoon of sour cream for 2 potatoes isn't reasonable at all.

The management at this location is always incredibly kind and prompt. Orders are filled accurately and the food is great! Great food and even better staff!
The people working at this location are very unprofessional. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, but they gave me a sandwich. When I realized the mistake, they agreed to exchange it, but they only gave me lettuce without chicken. I discovered this when I got home. When I called them for a refund, they said they couldn’t do anything about it, and the lady was very rude to me as if it were my fault."

This place was a hidden gem!! We were going to stop at some of the more popular restaurants but when we came across this place it wasnt busy at all amd the food was INCREDIBLE! The service was fast and very polite. The SANDWHICHES ARE AWESOME!! So many options to choose from! They all looked great. Excellent quality!! And very good portions for the price!! We come here almost every time we're in the area! ? Im still impressed at just how MANY OPTIONS they have to choose from. Its almost impossible to pick one item.
The food is fantastic! I wish we had one close by. Employees are very polite. The place is very clean.

I have been to this location once before and it was an excellent experience. We tried to go again but the service was so awful that we left to go to Portillo’s.
We waited at the register for well over 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to take our order since the table side ordering was not available. We didn’t mind waiting a bit as she tended to the DoorDash, Uber Eats drivers. The problem was that the entire time we were in there, we were never acknowledged a single time. We realized after a while that there was a second register on the opposite side of the counter, so we went down there, but the same thing: not a “hi, welcome in, or I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” The place was empty too. Awful experience.
My wife and I had dinner there yesterday , I ordered a chicken club. It was bad no meat on the sandwich. And I ordered chicken and dumpling soup. It was very old and disgusting, I could not eat it. , I would not recommend this place.
