The food at this McDonald’s was fresh and tasty, which we really appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed that the staff wouldn’t substitute my son’s drink for a McFlurry. It would have been nice if they could accommodate simple substitutions. Overall, the food quality is good, but the service could be a little more flexible.

In the drive thru, dont let one car hold up a line. There are spaces for cars for big orders, at least give people their food at paying window if u let a car sit and wait

Probably one of the best McDonald's we've been to for a long while. Clean, decorated cute for the Monopoly game going on right now. Fries were hot and near perfect. We self checked ourselves but noticed how polite the person behind the counter was. Great service today

Kid at drive threw window doesn't know what he doing or how to take orders on mic or how to multitask i sat at his window for 3mins with no one in front of me waiting to pay than the fries where cold after I asked for hot fries than I got snack wraps and they where not wrapped and falling apart and the coke tasted horrible and I usually love McDonald's coke

Everybody loves McDonald's! For a quick in-between fix it's fine, it's fast food - & fast it is. They should make their fries to order, though, because NOBODY likes cold fries and people will wait the extra minute for hot fries; especially in the drive-thru because by the time they get home they won't be as hot anyway...

How much do the biscuits really cost that you will still serve them on a sandwich when they rock hard!
I took a picture for reference they literally put a quarter piece of cheese on my very tiny fish sandwich.This McDonald's is terrible I live near by and my kid walked over there today to get us lunch.Never again I promise!!!! Also they gave us no napkin's and no straw's for our pop.

I went through the drive-thru, ate my food in my car... The pop was very flat so I ended up dumping it out and went inside to get a refill. Lupe proceeded to rudely and loudly tell me no, she will refill it. She told me I had to buy something, to which I explained to her that I had just gone through the drive-thru and then she told me that they do not have a drive-thru... Which was strange. I understand that really to get refills you should eat inside, but I had my baby with me, which was why I elected to eat in my car instead. Very unprofessional... I would've just bought another pop but it was flat to begin with. Maybe they should change their sodas out more frequently. Regardless, I am very disappointed, I never even write reviews but I felt this was unfair and very strange that she claimed there was no drive-thru. Will not be returning. Thank you for embarrassing me, Lupe. How hard would it have been to just refill my original flat soda, or at least offer a discount since it was flat. She could've very easily verified that the soda was coming out flat to begin with. Do not visit this location or at the very least, seek out an employee other than Lupe for help.
