Went through the drive up and with a dead phone battery and no way to charge it I couldn't use Google maps to get back to my hotel. This supervisor took the time to Google map my hotel then hand wrote down every single exit/ turn/ even streets, .. 99% of people would not even attempt that and she needs to be recognized for her customer service skills and kindness.. The food was not the best. This is my least favorite McDonald’s it taste like it’s been just sitting out. I don’t enjoy their dry cold soggy fries. I’ve been here many times and I get the same thing as always cold soggy food. Their chicken nuggets make it worse cold and never hot and soggy tastes like cardboard. Overall their big Mac is impossible to mess up which Is the only thing I get from this location.
