I ordered my mom some Mother’s Day cookies and they arrived in pieces. She said one bagged cookie was completely crumbs. They were rather expensive to show up in crumbs. 🫠 Very dissatisfied. Won’t order from here again, unfortunately.

They offered a custom cookie cake, which I ordered for a friend's son who made a 36 on the ACT. It sent on time but arrived smudged in several spots and looked terrible. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 50% credit when I showed them a photo of how it arrived, with the teen holding it up. should have been 100% credit due to the condition, especially if you take pride in your quality of products. Won’t be ordering again!

As soon as we walked through the food court the Mrs Field’s cookies smelled so delicious that we had to double back and buy a couple of treats! Customer service was excellent. The Store is very clean. Toni was very welcoming and quick! I would definitely purchase from this location again
