Nothing Bundt Cakes

I spent $60 bucks on a pick up order and they refused to break a $20 for me after asking the manager. They said if I bought something else that would. It left a bad taste. I don't understand why they wouldnt grant a small request. We will order somewhere else next time.

Bundt cakes are super fresh

I ordered 2 dozen of bundtinis last weekend for my birthday and chose 8 different flavors (3 of each). I received 4 flavors. They repeated the first box and obviously did not even take the time to review the order.

Beyond a normal Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise, this Gurnee location is ALWAYS supporting local groups. They GIVE BACK to the community: Boy Scouts/Scouting America, local schools, etc.

I know I can have a reliably delicious treat at a farmer's market in the area when I see their truck.

And stopping by their store is always a pleasant experience with customer service that is always friendly and welcoming.

DEFINITELY buy their cakes! Yum yum!

If you try their amazing bundt cake once, you will definitely come back. Friendly staff, there's a variety of flavors and they have gluten free options. They have different sizes and packaging for any event. I love the dozen of 4 flavors of mini bundt cakes. My family looks for any opportunity to get these sweet goodies.

We love Nothing Bundt Cakes! Their program flavors and limited edition flavors are top notch!! Everyone at the Gurnee location is so helpful and friendly!

The bundt cakes are great, however when I order online and they try to charge me $3.10 service fee to help them with their web site and technology, I refuse to order.

Very disappointed in the services that we got here. Came all the way from towns over . Spoke to somebody over the phone and they didn’t have the cake ready when we got there. Didn’t get the cake at all! Stick to the one in Vernon hills

Today I was picking up a Bundt cakes due to me having a free Bundt cake for my birthday and some others for a gift. The server, Pat, who took my order around 1:00pm was extremely rude about me receiving my free bundt cake. She did not believe it was my birthday when I said it was my birthday even when I had shown her the email I received a couple of days before stating I can pick up my free bundt cake. She went as far as to trying to search in my email for confirmation after I had shown her my email confirmation. She even wanted to look at my ID to confirm if it was my birthday after she asked when was my birthday many minutes before. felt as if she kept trying to find a reason to not be able to give me my bundt cake in a line full of customers. It was incredibly embarrassing receiving such service at business I enjoy, especially on my birthday.
