I came in around 8:45–9:00 PM, about 45 minutes before closing, and was told they weren’t making any more food. At a fast food restaurant, that’s unheard of—most restaurants don’t stop serving food that early. All they had left was rice and shrimp. It seemed like the staff was more focused on cleaning up and turning away customers than actually serving food. When I asked when I should come back to get served, they told me after 8 PM, they stop making food. So, an hour and a half before closing, you're out of luck? I’ve never experienced this at any other Panda Express, just this location. The owner really needs to address the laziness and lack of professionalism from the staff.

I’m very concerned about the Kung Pao Chicken I had from this location last night. While eating, I noticed the chicken didn’t seem fully cooked—it had a strange texture and taste. A few hours later, around 2 AM, I woke up with severe stomach pain and discomfort.
I now suspect I may have gotten food poisoning from the undercooked chicken. This is extremely concerning, and I’m sharing this so others are aware and management can take this seriously. Food safety and proper cooking standards must be prioritized.

I ordered a medium box of black pepper sirloin. My portion had way too much broccoli stalks included. EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT would have pitched these in the garbage. When I complained to the “ manager “ she told me it was broccoli stalks. She offered nothing to make me happy. This is the reason for my bad review. No apology was given.

This location gave me the worst case of food poisoning i have ever had in my life. It took almost a full year for my body and stomach to recover. It was at least 2 years before i worked up the courage to try panda express again. You couldnt pay me to eat here.

Hit or miss here, sometimes they have everything hot and are quick to refill the dishes that are running low and other times they just are low and don't seem to care. Definitely depends on the staff and time of day you visit. Recommend visiting when it's busy time right at lunch or dinner, they usually have everything stocked then..

Containers were 70/80% filled on the Family Meal.
I filled out the online survey but as no one has followed up in 3 weeks. They sent me a coupon for a small entree if I ordered 2 plate meal.
I'm now leaving a review as a warning that this may happen to you as well.

The front staff were so high they barely knew where they were. Orders wrong, one guy so blasted he took a solid 5 minutes to drag a cleaning rag about a foot. Walked.

Placed my order for pickup at 8:06 pm but I have been waiting for over 30 minutes. Although every body is working hard, there is a horrible system in place. If u say a time then the food should be done by that time! I will never order from this Panda ever again!!!

Unorganized, dirty bathrooms, and dirty/spills on the counters.
(Went to the bathroom after a staff and didn't even flush the toilet and so much toilet paper on the floor)
Again, UNORGANIZED and not even good customer service.
(we ordered first in line but once the food was ready they served other customers while we were there first, so we had to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes to get fresh food, honestly disappointing)

Ordered the family feast 3 full entrees and 2 full sides, upgrade 1 entrees to honey walnut shrimp with additional charge of $4.50, they just gave us half full. What's the use of that additional $4.50

Chicken teriyaki was burnt and dry. I took out charred pieces of chicken. I'll never go back. The manager doesn't look at the food before they serve it?
