This location was everything! Brayden the general manager was so professional and very polite and was attentive to my family. Not to mention the food was fresh and delicious! Haven't ran into such a kind individual in quite some time...We'll definitely return!

Absolutely phenomenal service! We are staying at the Great wolf lodge for Christmas and didn’t want to pay their outrageous food prices so we decided on Pizza Hut. The manager here is the nicest guy I’ve ever met, he struck up a conversation with us while we waiting for our food, checked in to make sure we were ok, gave us coupons for the road, and made sure we were buying the best deal for the amount of food we wanted. I wish I lived closer to this location this is the first time I’ve had such a great experience in a Pizza Hut😄 ( would also like to mention how clean the place was, I formerly worked at a pizza place so I can notice a clean line when I see one! The ovens are also obviously cleaned very often because it doesn’t smell burnt in the building!)10000/10 overall🤩

I placed an order through the call center at 4:35 pm and was told my order will be ready in 20 mins. arrived at the pizza hut after 5 pm and I was told food wasn't ready it will be 5 more minutes Then 3 to 5 minutes later I'm told my order cant be fixed because of how I ordered my wings and like I told the employee they should of told me that it couldn't be done when I placed my order. The employee stated he hates. call center.I requested a refund to only be told my money wont be on my card for 24 to 48 hours.Pizza Hut you have to do better

Great Customer Service and I really appreciated this Pizza Hut for being there on the way home at the right time. Pizza Hut is probably my most favourite pizza but more and more of them are closing down unfortunately.

The worst pizza I ever had. The cheese isn’t melted, the crust is soggy. Like they had to put it in the oven for 5 mins or less. This isn’t cooked at all
Didn't know how to order on line came to store needed help but the guy at front was very rude not helpful att all his name was Brendon. I been coming here for 25 years this is the worst service I've ever received. I asked him 3 time can you please help or any deals going only answer I received was i don't know. I don't know. Usually guys always helped before. I don't know and he doesn't cares..

If I could give zero stars I WOULD they should be ashamed of themselves giving families FOOD POISONING and when you call to let them know (not because you want FREE food because I will never eat PIZZA HUT again) But to warn them so they can discard of whatever made my entire family sick so that other family don’t have to endure what I did. I call to tell them them and the MANAGER says tells me he’s NEW and only has been there for a few days . He then took my name and number ( even my receipt number) and nobody ever called me back . Do not buy food from here my entire home was sick from the food including myself with not a care in the world from a franchise such as this 😢 🥺

Placed an order for delivery then received notification that it will be delivered by DoorDash. Our pizzas were picked up then driver went to Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up another order. Waited there 30 min! We finally got our pizzas and they were cold. Paying a $5 delivery fee and 18% tip I expect direct delivery and not sitting in some guy's car for 30 min while waiting... Very dissapointing. Never ordering Pizza Hut again

This Gurnee location is disgusting. The windows are downright nasty! The table is as well. One guy was sitting in his truck and came in and took the orders without washing his hands. Then he went back to his truck. When I went back in to get the food, he came back inside, and no hand washing, and then passed my food. The pizza was warm, not hot. The wings were good. I will NOT go back .
