If I could give zero stars I WOULD they should be ashamed of themselves giving families FOOD POISONING and when you call to let them know (not because you want FREE food because I will never eat PIZZA HUT again) But to warn them so they can discard of whatever made my entire family sick so that other family don’t have to endure what I did. I call to tell them them and the MANAGER says tells me he’s NEW and only has been there for a few days . He then took my name and number ( even my receipt number) and nobody ever called me back . Do not buy food from here my entire home was sick from the food including myself with not a care in the world from a franchise such as this 😢 🥺

Placed an order for delivery then received notification that it will be delivered by DoorDash. Our pizzas were picked up then driver went to Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up another order. Waited there 30 min! We finally got our pizzas and they were cold. Paying a $5 delivery fee and 18% tip I expect direct delivery and not sitting in some guy's car for 30 min while waiting... Very dissapointing. Never ordering Pizza Hut again

This Gurnee location is disgusting. The windows are downright nasty! The table is as well. One guy was sitting in his truck and came in and took the orders without washing his hands. Then he went back to his truck. When I went back in to get the food, he came back inside, and no hand washing, and then passed my food. The pizza was warm, not hot. The wings were good. I will NOT go back .

We have had our wings not in our order twice. This time no sauce. We go to Pizza Hut because of the sauce. When we called the New GM was so rude. Told us we are never welcomed to order from his store again. All we wanted was good wings that’s why we went here. Never again.

Rarely ever had a problem with the food or staff at this location, before, during and after the pandemic. I use to order more frequently for thier pizza alternative pasta pans. But they've since changed their pasta recipes post pandemic and are not the same at all. Might be cheaper to make but has cost my overall business.

We ordered from this location and it took over 2 hrs for something that should’ve been only 20 min since we’re not that far from them. The person Sam that I spoke to said well all we have is door dash drivers so it is what it is is what I took from it. At that point I didn’t even want the food but my money back he said we can only give you credit through the app for next time. Trust me there will NOT be a next time. I’m surprised this place is still opened with the poor service we had and the food was warm just ok. Never again. Uber eats would never smh ??♀️

Ordered a large stuffed crust and lemon pepper wings and the pizza was just terrible. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and was extremely cold and I did carry out! The crust was paper thin and was crunchy and tasteful. No one took pride in this order and I don’t interested how they are still around after all these years with such horrible tasting food. The chicken was decent but the dipping sauce is sold separate. Rip off. Don’t eat here.
