Bad pizza. Stay away from cheapCheese gives you diarrhea. Giordanos is real cheese not Pizza Hut. I had pizza from here and had diarrhea 2 days. Fake vegetables oil cheese. You get what you pay for.

This place is always on point from the food to the service,not like the location in waukegan...We order after having the worst experience at the waukegan location(waited 1 hour & 10 mins just to found out our order was canceled)...We order at 7:40 pm & our order was ready when we got there at 7:50...5 minutes before it needed to be ready,I wanna thank all the people working at the Gurnee location...You guys are the best,you are life savers❤️

Let's face it, nobody really eats at Pizza Hut anymore. At least not at this one. They do have seating, but it's a very small area. Everyone knows Pizza Hut is known for their value. I personally think that the boneless chicken wings barbecue sauce is the best i've ever tasted. I'm not sure what brand it is.Anyways Pizza Hut always has a deal going on, so look there first. Their food tastes very good. Make sure you're a member of their rewards club because eventually, you will get a free pizza.Sorry for my rambling...
Stay away from this Pizza Hut. They send you food that is not yours and then refuse to give credit even when what they sent costs

I just called to place an order at the actual store and was told he can’t help me and I wasn’t able to place an order. He said, I need to call another number to a call center to place an order . This is not customer service and it helps me take my business elsewhere. I guess this Pizza Hut doesn’t want the business. I understand it’s hard to get help, but turning away business is simply idiotic since it allows you to get more staff. To whomever this franchise owner is good luck, since I’m never coming back.

I am very up set Mr "Pizza Hut" so get this I look at the picture online of a pizza and it looks awfully big then when I see it in person I think this looks like the portion I give to my 2 year old son and worst of all didn't get my stuffed crust you mother f 'ers and also I think the delivery girl got lost in my apartments and got mad so she spit in my pizza.Guess I'll give this "John" guy a try or maybe Murphy.

Today I used the pizza hut website and chose the location pizza hut Gurnee IL 60031. I chose delivery. The website asked for my address and how much I wanted to tip, it sent me a email about when it will be delivered, and a delivery tracker. When I called the store I spoke to a female. Then handed off to a male who was very rude to me. He yelled at me for being to d*** to use a website correctly, and that he will just refund the order and hun up, while I am trying to explain to him but he just hangs up. I call him back and he was even more rude. I'm thinking to myself why do you hate your job so much? I'm so angry and upset with this that I'm making sure this review gets to the owner and corporate. Nobody deserves to be talked to this way, hung up on or called d**** I have receipts saying that the order was going to be delivered. If you can't handle customer complaints find another job... He was soooo mean.

Not a fan of their wings, very wet and soggy. The pizza was overall fulfilling, the crust was amazing and cooked to perfection but dough was slightly bland and lack of toppings.

I ordered a chicken bacon Parmesan pizza melt after months of waiting only to be HUGELY disappointed. The crust was well over cooked & extremely crunchy. The inside of the melt was dry & instead of bacon, like i ordered, there was ham inside instead, which i did not order. Give it up to pizza hut for the worst melt ever.
