Great customer service food is always delicious..I’m not sure if the guy there is a manager, but there is one guy who is always very friendly and he always has a smile. I’ll definitely make the drive just to visit this potbelly’s….

10/10 customer service. They forgot to give me my chips and I called just letting them know I’m coming back after my shift to get them. I was immediately given a call back letting me know they’re training, very sorry about my chips and then they PERSONALLY delivered them to me at work. 100% not necessary, 100% appreciated. I will very much be back. Potbelly gurnee = the best

Great Staff, Great Vibes!

The team at Potbelly’s in Gurnee is amazing—always friendly, fast, and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one. The food is always fresh, but it’s the staff that keeps me coming back. Keep up the awesome work!
