The pizza was honestly good but man were the fries horrible. For such a hefty $18 you are forced to choose somewhat saltless breadsticks (at least in the Orleans one plus using marinara sauce makes up for it) or fries that were so full of salt, it is not funny. One fry in and the orange salted seasoning which is only on top of the fries tasted like a salt packet that happens to have an otherwise edible shaped potato. Don't believe me try for yourself (assuming it's one of those situations where you are as unlucky as I was in that location and the fries were edible to others that ate there).

Went here for lunch today (Father's Day 2025) specifically because we didn't want a buffet and it says on their website that lunch and dinner menu are available at noon. Showed up with our group of 9 only to be told that only the buffet was available. Nowhere on their website stated anything different for Father's Day. Also, when we made the reservation, we weren't told anything about the kitchen not being open... Food on the buffet was very average. Incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication. Was very much looking forward to the great food we had last time we visited...

Sorry. Can’t forgive this. You used to serve fries or garlic knots with the pizza and still do at other parks. What’s the excuse? All you did was make the pizzas thicker, that doesn’t justify removing sides like salads or fries and changing them to an up-charge. Shame!

Six Flags have some of the worst food services.. stood in a long line for 40 minutes while employees took there time .. They have no sense of urgency to service their customers. They have dozens of pieces of pizza stacked up in the back by the time I got my food, it was cold..

Food was decent. Other than being an absolute highway robbery (to be expected), the food and beverage operations run about as smoothly as a rusty gear. Took an hour and a half to serve less than 50 customers in line. Water filling stations were all turned off across the food court. Convenient way to sell more absurdly priced Coke products!

Our first time to Primo was a special occasion as it was not only our anniversary but also our daughter was in town to visit and celebrate. Ryan V was our server and was fantastic - personable, knowledgeable and attentive! The menu is large, but don’t let that intimidate you! Ryan walked us through the app and entrees and we had everything from steak, to fish and pasta! ALL were delicious!! We will be back for sure, and highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with Primo, in September we had a small lunch celebration with a limited menu and was charged $65.00 per person. No alcohol was served. I asked for the owner/manager to call me and have yet to hear back. I of course will not return and have been telling my friends and family. Overpriced for the food and service.

Absolutely bus. Seriously underrated and every time I go to Great America you already know where I’m eating. Hits the spot 100% no hesitation on it.

The pizza lacked flavor and quality, and the service was incredibly disappointing. The overall experience was subpar, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. It's best to explore other pizza options for a more satisfying dining experience.

You want to feel SICK TO YOUR STOMACH... This is the place to go at Great America. Save yourself the trouble and stomach issues and just eat before you get to the park.

$14 for 1 slice of pizza and fríes? And it tasted nasty too

The only reason people eat here is because they are held hostage. For a $17 pizza they could at least put the fries on a separate plate but no, they soak up some of the grease when they’re just piled on top. Also why would I have to ask for dressing on a salad? Are they hoping to save a quarter?

Tastes like poo poo, but when you're hungry you don't really care that much. Just eat before you come to the park.
