My kids and I loved our experience at this restaurant. The only thing that took time was ringing to read our menu at first because the lighting was a little dark. Other than that everything was amazing.

We dined here for my daughter's third birthday. She had a blast. The food was surprisingly fantastic! Much better food experience than the Chicago location back in the day. This is a much smaller restaurant, but it was still a great experience for the children. I'd definitely bring my family back again.

I've always wanted to go to Rainforest Cafe and now I finally got to as an adult with my own littles! I miss the saltwater fish, but the magic is still there for the kiddos. Service was very friendly. It is pricey but you're paying for the novelty of the experience. The kids meals were great (pasta with alfredo and dino nuggets with popcorn shrimp.) Our cajun pasta was unfortunately extremely salty but had a ton of shrimp and chicken so I'll give them that. Portions were pretty good!

To start my kids loved the restaurant. They loved the animals and I loved the nostalgia and sharing experiences I had as a child with my kids. However it does NOT make up for the service. We didn't order drinks, we didn't order appetizers. All we ordered was our dinners...TWO HOURS! Service took FOREVER! My daughter was falling asleep. When I asked for the check it was another half hour. I can't do this again unless it's early in the day, way too long for just entrees, especially with several little ones.

Terrible souvenir cup 1) it wasn’t cheap 2) poor quality because after washing it-it was ruin. Ps just disappointed whyyyyy sell it. And fact they wanted to rinse it, should just be label for display only. Not to be used.

Jordan was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, even extra apple juice. We had a lovely dinner to celebrate my Grand Canyon Rim to Rim and the Tsunami Cake was delicious!
