Our experience was unimaginably disappointing. We get to the host stand 5 minutes before our scheduled reservation, 4:45pm, check in and was told that we would get seated shortly. About 20minutes later, I go back to the host stand and wanted to make sure we were still good to be seated as I had not received any text messages. In the conversation I confirmed my phone # on OpenTable was accurate and the number the host had for me was right. The host informed me that we have been assigned a table we should be seated in the next 10 minutes, we were simply waiting for the server to catch up and can take more tables. 20 minutes later, still no text messages, no notifications, nothing. We make our way back to the host stand to check in and she tells us that we were a no show and our resy was cancelled. We waited 45 minutes just to get a table even though we had a reservation. Okay, at this point we are just famished, we knew when we sat down the appetizer we wanted. When it came down to order entrees we asked for recommendations, my husband ended up getting the stir fry dish. That dish came out, basically a soup, with the amount of sauce that was lathering the vegetables in. Not only was it SOO much sauce, the flavor of the sauce was so strong it completely overpowered all the other elements of the dish. When our server came back to check on us, my husband told him that this dish was not good and wanted to send it back, he laughed in our face and said “told you that you should've gotten the sandwich”, then goes and gets his manager. Maybe my expectations were simply too high. I didn't think so going in, but being told there was nothing that could be done at the fact the dish was disappointing... only when we expressed our frustration of our experience did she say “as a curtesy” she would discount the plate half off, with the facial expression of simply not caring, ingenious. This restaurant is simply an over decorated Cheddars at best. Quality is subpar, service is poor.

This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. She loves the atmosphere. We try to sit in Vanessa's section. She is efficient, observant, and nice.

Great time was had by all 6 of us! Went to the one at Woodfied Mall for years! We miss it so much! Great place to celebrate birthdays. The food and drinks aren't just for kids either! Our granddaughter Loved the balloon guy that made her a wonderful turtle! We'lll be back again for special occasions!

Great time especially with kids. The food was delicious. The python paste was awesome. Kids food plates were so much food so come hungry.

My daughter and I shared the bruschetta chicken and the lasagna. Both were very good but we especially liked the bruschetta chicken. One entree included two large portions of breaded chicken, delicious fettuccine Alfredo, and four shrimp scampi. We really didn't even need a second entree. That would have been enough for us to share. Our server was excellent and made us feel valued as a customer. The ambience there is always so fun. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience. There seemed to be a bit of a chaotic or flustered mindset happening in both server and manager but I could see they were really trying. RC's food has improved in recent years but the value has always been nowhere close to a good deal. At least now it's not overpriced and not good. Now it's good but overpriced. We continue to come back for the ambience/rain show and the volcano dessert for birthdays.

I'm always surprised how great this place is. We were there on a Friday night and it was full, but it never feels crowded. Food is always amazing and bar is great. A real gem.

My kids and I loved our experience at this restaurant. The only thing that took time was ringing to read our menu at first because the lighting was a little dark. Other than that everything was amazing.

We dined here for my daughter's third birthday. She had a blast. The food was surprisingly fantastic! Much better food experience than the Chicago location back in the day. This is a much smaller restaurant, but it was still a great experience for the children. I'd definitely bring my family back again.

I've always wanted to go to Rainforest Cafe and now I finally got to as an adult with my own littles! I miss the saltwater fish, but the magic is still there for the kiddos. Service was very friendly. It is pricey but you're paying for the novelty of the experience. The kids meals were great (pasta with alfredo and dino nuggets with popcorn shrimp.) Our cajun pasta was unfortunately extremely salty but had a ton of shrimp and chicken so I'll give them that. Portions were pretty good!

To start my kids loved the restaurant. They loved the animals and I loved the nostalgia and sharing experiences I had as a child with my kids. However it does NOT make up for the service. We didn't order drinks, we didn't order appetizers. All we ordered was our dinners...TWO HOURS! Service took FOREVER! My daughter was falling asleep. When I asked for the check it was another half hour. I can't do this again unless it's early in the day, way too long for just entrees, especially with several little ones.
