Red Lobster

Slow service. Our waitress was extremely busy so every step of the way needed waiting. Final straw is the 25 mins wait this get a box and check. One side of broccoli never came either, extra charge of drink by mistake etc.

Food was delicious/warm. Meagan our server was very gracious. Always checking in on us , if we needed anything else , she's very attentive. Our favorite dish. “ Flatbread pizza lobster”. It's not the first time we came to this location. I've been here w/ other friends several times . Rose

Have you ever had a server that checks in frequently but also gives you plenty of space? Brian our server was just that, top notch! Never had an empty drink and was kept updated on the food. Thank you for your excellence!

Oh no, ultimate bust. Lobster dry and shriveled, 4 pieces of crab, salad upcharge. Not worth it at all anymore.

Absolutely would dine here again! Excellent service and excellent detail to our orders. Food tasted and looked better than the pictures and management treats everyone like family! Very welcoming!

Dietary restrictions: They have options for substitutions. And very understanding with customers needs.

Parking: There was plenty of space no crowding and we went during the week.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of variety of food and many different desserts that the whole family would enjoy!

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s plenty of space for wheelchairs. Excellent atmosphere!

My husband and I hadn’t been here in a few years and decided to come have dinner. We were seated right away which was great but then everything went downhill. We sat at our table for 20 minutes. No drinks, nobody asking us if we’ve been helped yet, nobody telling us someone would be with us eventually, nothing. we’re not picky people AT ALL but they weren’t busy and definitely not understaffed. It’s hard to support a dying a business when you can’t even be acknowledged especially after waiting for so long.

Bryan & Oli did amazing! They made the experience one of a kind!! I forsure will be back! We celebrated my brothers golden birthday! The food came out hot omg SO GOOD!! I’m so happy! Thank you all! Even the concierge was so sweet ? I recommend pick your own blackened salmon baked potato, broccoli & Shrimp scampi! Appetizer coconut shrimp, & mozzarella sticks! Amazing Red Lobster, I highly recommend!!

10/3/24 Update: This location has messed up all my orders this entire year. Think I am at number 5/6 I lost count but they should have just went out of business. No matter how many times I spoke to management here at least twice this year it’s all the same song & dance. I will not dine at this location again!

Ordered a salad & selected the dressing I wanted & got home no dressing in the bag. Common sense to read the order ticket upon bagging.

The staff was great. I wish I could remember the servers name we had. She was wonderful and patient with us.

I don't recommend it. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. Service was slow. We never got forks, napkins or plates. ? This place is a joke. Will not be back.
