Red Lobster

Been to a lot of Red Lobsters over course of my life, and this was one of best ever experiences. Service, atmosphere, food prices, and food quality all excellent. Hope to go again soon to Gurnee Red Lobster! PS: Brussels Sprouts are excellent addition to menu!

Wow, where do I begin. The restaurant was half full at best, so It's our fault for not recognizing that based on the overwhelmed look from the hostesses that this was not going to be a good experience. It took us almost 15 min at the table before we were even greeted. We were never checked on, nor addressed even when we tried to get our server's attention for refills or clean silverware. Poor service is generous despite our server only had 4 tables, lack luster food, overall an incredibly overpriced disappointment.

Said it was a ten minute wait, ended up being there for 2 hours before leaving. Didn't get to eat anything before it closes, I was in the entrance with my family and a family who wouldn't stop talking about spiders.

Erika was amazing! She was such a delight to have as a server! Her energy, her communication, and her smile was absolutely incredible! I definitely recommend her as a server if you come to Red Lobster.

Ordered two steak meals to go the coleslaw was like spoiled rotten. It was the worst coleslaw I ever had you think they would check or have a date so they’re not serving spoiled coleslaw customers.

First time trying red lobster and it was great. Had a Guava Margherita that was good along with the ultimate feast which included various items like lobster and crab. Might not be the best seafood ive ever had but for the price its very good. The service was great too. Was not busy when we went so we got our food and drinks very quickly.

The service was the best service I have EVER received at a dine in restaurant. Brian is INCREDIBLE AT HIS JOB! He was extremely knowledgeable, gave great suggestions. My wife’s birthday lunch was an OUTSTANDING experience shared with our family! He definitely needs to be recognized for the effort he puts forth and the service he gives! If I could give 100 stars for Brian’s service I absolutely would!!!
