We are from Milwaukee & stayed in Gurnee for a few days. Wanted good food for a good price & landed on Red Robin. So happy we did. The staff was super friendly, especially our server Luna. She was FANTASTIC in every single way — knowledgeable, accommodating, fun & she provided excellent customer service. The salads were so YUMMY! Thank you for the delicious food & for making our experience top notch, Luna! You’re the best (please let her know) ?

I forgot to post this sooo, yeah..

Anyways the Mac and Cheese was good so was the burger. Carrots were carroty. Shake was nice and looked good (photo below). So food is a 5 star.

Service was okay took a while just to get some waters. But everything else was good. 4 stars.

Atmosphere was so neon and pretty. So 5 stars.

Overall really good food. Good service. Lastly beautiful atmosphere....
