I wanted to share my experience while dining at your restaurant this past weekend. Our service was absolutely HORRIBLE. First, one person asked what kind of cheese was included, and she had no clue. Also, our server NEVER came by to offer us refills on our drinks. Also, when she took our salad bowls with our forks in them she never brought us new ones. Also, she never checked on us and asked if we ever needed anything. When people are spending well $100 they expect attentive service.
Please train your servers better.

We’re so glad we dropped in again and we’ll be back! Highly recommend! Previous: Cozy spot, kind waitstaff, delicious salad and homemade dressing and rolls! Special place in Lake Co.

Food was absolutely horrible The veal was like rubber and the fettuccine Alfredo sauce was like eating an old sock absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever eaten and unfortunately, was an early Mother’s Day meal from my son and granddaughter very very disappointing!!!

The salad and rolls, phenomenal! We weren't offered refills on either the salad or the rolls. They used to offer that. Their menu notes you get 2 rolls with this entree. I got 1, not 2. The service, was good. The entrees left something to be desired. I ordered the chicken marsala and that marsala was the worst I've had from any Italian restaurant. The sauce was extremely bland and the few mushrooms that I had were not good. The chicken was paper thin and had no flavor at all. The egg based batter that the chicken was covered in tasted just like egg. It was weird and had no flavor whatsoever. It was disappointing as the food used to be amazing here. Not to to mention each entree was nearly $30 a piece. If I were to go back here, it would be for salad and rolls, only.

Skip it - the marinara is like paste. They make their own noodles and they’re a weird texture. I got eggplant parm and could not eat it. It was so greasy and soggy. Its like they threw some noodles on a plate with some crappy eggplant (which I could not cut through the skin on either) and put some high-ish quality cheese on there and acted like the cheese would cover all the crap underneath - not so much. Salad is amazing, rolls - second, food is crap. My son had the Alfredo and said it tasted like it came from a jar. We would’ve been better off, seriously, at Olive Garden - and it would’ve been cheaper.
